22 For the Father judges no one, but has given all judicial authority to the Son;
23 that all may honor the Son, as they honor the Father. He that honors not the Son, honors not the Father who sent him.
24 Verily, verily I say to you, He that hears my word, and believes on him that sent me, has eternal life, and comes not into condemnation, but has passed from death into life.
25 Verily, verily I say to you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who hear, shall live.
26 For as the Father has life in himself, so has he given to the Son also to have life in himself;
27 and he has given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
