John 6:42-44 And they said, “Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph? Do we not know his father and mother? Then how can he say, ‘I have come down from heaven’?”

Then how can he say, ‘I have come down from heaven’?” ⁴³ Jesus answered them, “Stop complaining among yourselves. ⁴⁴ No one can come to me unless the Father, who sent me, attracts him to me.
