Psalms 139:1-13

ACV(i) 1 O LORD, thou have searched me, and known. 2 Thou know my sitting down and my rising up. Thou understand my thought afar off. 3 Thou search out my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways. 4 For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou know it altogether. 5 Thou have beset me behind and before, and laid thy hand upon me. 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me. It is high, I cannot attain to it. 7 Where shall I go from thy Spirit? Or where shall I flee from thy presence? 8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou are there. If I make my bed in Sheol, behold, thou are there. 9 If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the outermost parts of the sea, 10 even there thy hand shall lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. 11 If I say, Surely the darkness shall overwhelm me, and the light around me shall be night, 12 even the darkness hides not from thee, but the night shines as the day. The darkness and the light are both alike to thee. 13 For thou formed my inward parts. Thou covered me in my mother's womb.
