¹² For the word of God is living, and effectual, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to a dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

⁶ Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer each one.

¹⁶ But shun the profane babblings, for they will proceed to more ungodliness;

²⁹ Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but whatever is good for the supplying of the need, that it may give grace to those who hear.
