Exodus 12:15-20

15 Seuen dayes shall ye eate vnleuended bread, so that euen the fyrst daye ye shall put awaye leuen out of youre housses. For whosoeuer eateth leuended bread from the fyrst day vntyl the .vij. day, that soule shal be plucked out from Israel. 16 The fyrste daye shalbe a holy feaste vnto you, & the .vij. also. There shall be no maner of worcke done in them, saue about that only which euery man must eate that only may ye do. 17 And se that ye kepe you to vnleuended bread. For vpon that same day I wyl brynge your armyes out of the lande of Egypte, therfore ye shal obserue thys day and al your children after you, that it be a custome for euer. 18 The fyrst moneth & the .xiiij. daye of the moneth at euen, ye shall eate swete breed vnto the .xxi. daye of the moneth at euen agayne. 19 Seuen dayes se that there be no leuended bread founde in your houses. For whosoeuer eateth leuended bread, that soule shalbe roted out from the multitude of Israel: whether he be a straunger or borne in the lande. 20 Therfore se that ye eate not leuended bread, but in all youre habitacions eate swete bread.

Exodus 12:11-13

11 Of thys maner shal ye eate it: with youre loynes gyrded, and shoes on youre fete, and your staues in your handes. And ye shal eate it in haste, for it is the Lordes passeouer, 12 for I wyl go aboute in the lande of Egypte thys same nyght, and wyl smyte al the fyrste borne in the lande of Egypte, both of man & beast, and vpon all the Goddes of Egypte wyl I the Lorde do execution. 13 And the bloud shall be vnto you a token vpon the houses wherin ye are, for when I se the bloude, I wyl passe ouer you, and the plage shal not be vpon you to destroye you, when I smyte the land of Egypte.

Exodus 13:3

3 And Moses sayd vnto the people: thyncke on thys day in whych ye came out of Egypt & out of the house of bondage: for wt a mighty hand the Lord brought you out from thence. Se therfore that ye eate no leuended bread.

Numbers 9:6-12

6 And it chaunced that certayne men whych were defyled wt a dead corse that they might not offer Passeouer the same daye, came before Moses and Aaron the same tyme, 7 and sayde: We are defyled vpon a dead corsse, wherfore are we kepte backe that we maye not offer an offerynge vnto the Lorde in the due season, amonge the chyldren of Israell? 8 And Moses sayde vnto them: tary, that I may here what the Lorde wylle commaunde you. 9 And the Lorde spake vnto Moses saying: 10 speake vnto the chyldren of Israell and saye. If any man amonge you or youre children after you be vncleane by the reason of a corse or is in the waye ferre of, then lett hym offer Passeouer vnto the Lorde: 11 the .xiiij. day of the seconde moneth at euen, and eate it wyth swete bread and soure herbes, 12 & let them leaue none of it vnto the mornynge nor breake any boone of it. And accordynge to all the ordinaunce of the Passeouer let them offer it.

Luke 22:7-20

7 Then came the daye of swete bread when necessyte the easterlambe muste be offered. 8 And he sent Peter and Ihon saiynge: go & prepare vs the easterlambe, that we may eate. 9 They said to hym: Where wilt thou that we prepare? 10 And he sayed vnto them: Behold when ye be entred into the citye, ther shall a man mete you bearinge a picher of water, him folowe into the same house that he entreth in, 11 & saye vnto the good man of the house: The mayster sayeth vnto the: wher is the geste chamber, where I shall eate myne easterlambe with my disciples? 12 And he shall shewe you a great parloure paued. There make redy. 13 And they went and founde as he had sayde vnto them, and made redy the easterlambe. 14 And when the houre was come, he sate doune and the twelue Apostles with him. 15 And sayde vnto them: I haue inwardlye desyred to eate this easterlambe with you, before that I suffer. 16 For I saye vnto you: henceforth I wyll not eate of it anye more, vntill it be fulfylled in the kingdome of God. 17 And he toke the cuppe and gaue thankes, and sayde: Take this and deuide it amonge you. 18 For I say vnto you: I wyll not drinke of the frute of the vyne vntyll the kyngdome of God be come. 19 And he toke bread, gaue thankes brake it, & gaue it to them, saiynge: This is my body which is geuen for you. This is the remembraunce of me. 20 Lykewyse also, when they had supped he toke the cup saiynge: This cup is the newe testamente in my bloude, whiche shall for you be shed.

Luke 22:15

15 And sayde vnto them: I haue inwardlye desyred to eate this easterlambe with you, before that I suffer.

8 And they shal eate the flesh the same nyghte, rost with fyre and with vnleuended bread, & wt sowre herbes they shall eate it.

Iesus sayd: Verelye I saye vnto you: that one of you shal betraye me, whiche eateth with me. 19 And they beganne to mourne, and to say to him one by one: is it I? and another sayde: is it I? 20 He aunswered, and sayde vnto them: It is one of the .xij. & the same deppeth with me in the platter. 21 The sonne of man goeth as it is written of hym, but woo be to that man, by whom the sonne of man is betrayed: good were it for hym, yf that man had neuer bene borne. 22 And as they eate. Iesus toke bread, blessed and brake & gaue to them & sayd: Take, eat, this is my body. 23 And he toke the cup, gaue thankes, & gaue it to them, & they all dranke of it. 24 And he sayed vnto them: This is my bloud of the new Testament which is shed for many. 25 Verely I saye vnto you: I wyll drinke no more of thys frute of the vyne, vntil that day, that I drinke it newe in the kingdome of God.

Exodus 23:15

15 Thou shalt kepe the feaste of swete bread that thou eate vnleuened bread .vij. dayes longe, as I commaunded the in the tyme appoynted of the moneth of Abyb, for in that moneth thou camest out of Egypte: and se that no man apeare before me emptye.

Matthew 26:26-28

26 As they dyd eate, Iesus toke bread and gyue thankes, brake it and gaue it to the discyples and sayed: Take, eate, thys is my body. 27 And he toke the cup, & thanked, and gaue it them, saying: drynke of it euery one: 28 For thys is my bloude of the newe testament, that shalbe shedde for many, for the remissyon of synnes.

1 Corinthians 5:7

7 Pourge therfore the olde leuen, that ye may be new dowe, as ye are swete bread. For Christ oure easterlambe is offered vp for vs.

Leviticus 23:4-8

Exodus 12:21-28

21 And Moses called for the elders of Israel & sayde vnto them: chose out & take to euerye housholde a shepe, & kyl passeouer. 22 And take a bunch of ysope, & dyppe it in the bloud that is in the basyn, and strycke it vpon the vpper poste & on the two syde postes, & se that none of you go out at the dore of hys house vntyll the mornyng. 23 For the Lord wyll goo aboute & smyte Egipte. And when he seyth the bloud vpon the vpper door poste & on the two syde postes, he wyl passe ouer the doore, & wyll not suffre the destroyer to come in to youre house to plage you. 24 Therfore se that thou obserue thys thyng, that it be an ordynaunce to the & thy sonnes for euer. 25 And when ye be come in to the land which the Lord wyl geue you accordyng as he hath promysed, se that ye kepe thys seruyce. 26 And when youre children axe you what maner of seruyce is thys ye do? 27 Ye shal say: it is the sacrifice of the Lordes passeouer, which passed ouer the houses of the chyldren of Israel in Egypte, as he smote the Egypcyans & saued oure houses. Than the people bowed them selues & worshypped. 28 And the chyldren of Israel went, and dyd as the Lord had commaunded Moses and Aaron.
