⁴⁶ And why call you me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

³¹ But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

⁵¹ Truthfully, truthfully, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shal never see death.

²⁴ And he that keeps his commandments dwells in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit which he has given us.

³ For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

²⁹ Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

¹⁴ As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:

¹⁵ If you love me, keep my commandments.
