⁴² And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

⁴⁴ And all that believed were together, and had all things common; ⁴⁵ And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need. ⁴⁶ And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their food with gladness and singleness of heart, ⁴⁷ Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

²¹ That they all may be one; as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that you have sent me. ²² And the glory which you gave me I have given them; that they may be one, just as we are one: ²³ I in them, and you in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that you have sent me, and have loved them, as you have loved me.

¹² That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.

⁷ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.

⁸ Finally, be you all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brothers, be pitiful, be courteous:

³⁰ For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

²⁰ For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

² Bear you one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

³ That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that you also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.

²⁴ And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: ²⁵ Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as you see the day approaching.

¹¹ Therefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, just as also you do.
