²⁵ Heauines in the heart of man doeth bring it downe: but a good worde reioyceth it.

⁴ He that obserueth ye winde, shall not sow, and he that regardeth the cloudes, shall not reape.

¹⁰ All that thine hand shall finde to doe, doe it with all thy power: for there is neither worke nor inuention, nor knowledge, nor wisedome in the graue whither thou goest.

³³ But seeke ye first the kingdome of God, and his righteousnesse, and all these things shall be ministred vnto you.

³⁵ Let your loynes be gird about and your lights burning,

⁴⁰ Be ye also prepared therefore: for the Sonne of man will come at an houre when ye thinke not.

⁴ I must worke the workes of him that sent me, while it is day: the night commeth when no man can worke.

²⁰ Nowe if I do that I would not, it is no more I that doe it, but the sinne that dwelleth in me. ²¹ I finde then that when I would doe good, I am thus yoked, that euill is present with me.

¹¹ Now no chastising for the present seemeth to be ioyous, but, grieuous: but afterwarde, it bringeth the quiet fruite of righteousnesse, vnto them which are thereby exercised.

¹³ I am able to do al things through the helpe of Christ, which strengtheneth me.

⁵⁹ But he said vnto another, Followe me. And the same said, Lord, suffer me first to goe and burie my father. ⁶⁰ And Iesus said vnto him, Let the dead burie their dead: but go thou, and preache the kingdome of God. ⁶¹ Then another saide, I will follow thee, Lord: but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at mine house. ⁶² And Iesus saide vnto him, No man that putteth his hand to the plough, and looketh backe, is apt to the kingdome of God.

¹⁷ Therefore, to him that knoweth how to doe well, and doeth it not, to him it is sinne.

¹ Boast not thy selfe of to morowe: for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth.

⁴ The slouthfull will not plowe, because of winter: therefore shall he beg in sommer, but haue nothing.

²⁴ The hand of the diligent shall beare rule: but the idle shalbe vnder tribute.

¹⁵ Take heede therefore that yee walke circumspectly, not as fooles, but as wise, ¹⁶ Redeeming ye season: for ye daies are euill. ¹⁷ Wherefore, be ye not vnwise, but vnderstand what the will of the Lord is.

⁴ The sluggard lusteth, but his soule hath nought: but the soule of the diligent shall haue plentie.
