³⁰ Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

²⁵ Who was delivered for our offenses, and was raised again for our justification.

⁹ Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

¹¹ And such were some of you: but you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; ⁹ That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. ¹⁰ For with the heart man believes to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation. ¹¹ For the scripture said, Whoever believes on him shall not be ashamed. ¹² For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich to all that call on him. ¹³ For whoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. ¹⁴ How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? ¹⁵ And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! ¹⁶ But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias said, Lord, who has believed our report? ¹⁷ So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. ¹⁸ But I say, Have they not heard? Yes truly, their sound went into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world. ¹⁹ But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses said, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you. ²⁰ But Esaias is very bold, and said, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest to them that asked not after me. ²¹ But to Israel he said, All day long I have stretched forth my hands to a disobedient and gainsaying people.

⁹ And be found in him, not having my own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

²⁸ Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.

¹ Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: ² By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. ³ And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation works patience; ⁴ And patience, experience; and experience, hope: ⁵ And hope makes not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given to us. ⁶ For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. ⁷ For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. ⁸ But God commends his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. ⁹ Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. ¹⁰ For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. ¹¹ And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement. ¹² Why, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed on all men, for that all have sinned: ¹³ (For until the law sin was in the world: but sin is not imputed when there is no law. ¹⁴ Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come. ¹⁵ But not as the offense, so also is the free gift. For if through the offense of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, has abounded to many. ¹⁶ And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offenses to justification. ¹⁷ For if by one man's offense death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) ¹⁸ Therefore as by the offense of one judgment came on all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came on all men to justification of life. ¹⁹ For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. ²⁰ Moreover the law entered, that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: ²¹ That as sin has reigned to death, even so might grace reign through righteousness to eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

¹⁶ Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. ¹⁷ But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.

²⁴ Why the law was our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

¹ Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:

⁷ That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
