¹⁰ They shall not hunger nor thirst; and the heat and sun shall not strike them. For He who has mercy on them shall lead them; and He shall guide them by the springs of water.

² He makes me lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters; ³ He restores my soul; He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name's sake. ⁴ Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

⁵ Jehovah is your keeper; Jehovah is your shade on your right hand. ⁶ The sun shall not strike you by day, nor the moon by night;

⁶ And there shall be a booth for a shade from the heat, and for a refuge, and for a hiding place from storm and rain.

¹ For Jehovah will have pity on Jacob, and will yet choose among Israel, and set them in their own land. And the stranger shall be joined to them; and they shall cling to the house of Jacob.

⁴ For You are a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from storm, a shadow from heat; because the breath of the ruthless is like a storm against a wall.

² And a man shall be a hiding place from the wind, a shelter from the tempest, as streams of water in a dry place; like the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.

¹⁶ He shall live on high; strongholds of rocks will be his retreat; his bread shall be given; his waters are faithful.

⁷ And the mirage shall become a pool, and the thirsty land shall become springs of waters, in the home of jackals, in its lair, and a place for the reed and rush.

¹¹ He shall feed His flock like a shepherd; He shall gather lambs with His arm; and carry them in His bosom; those with young He will lead;

¹⁰ For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but My mercy shall not depart from you; nor shall the covenant of My peace be removed, says Jehovah who has pity on you.

⁹ They shall come with weeping, and I will lead them with prayers. I will cause them to walk by rivers of waters, in a right way; they will not stumble in it. For I am a father to Israel, and Ephraim is My first-born.

²³ And I will raise up over them one Shepherd. And He shall feed them. My servant David, He shall feed them, and He shall be their Shepherd.

⁶ Blessed are they who hunger and thirst after righteousness! For they shall be filled.

³⁵ Jesus said to them, I am the Bread of life; the one coming to Me will not at all hunger, and the one believing into Me will never ever thirst.

³ The doorkeeper opens to him, and the sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name, and leads them out. ⁴ And when he puts forth his own sheep, he goes in front of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice.

¹⁶ And they will not hunger still, nor will they thirst still, nor at all shall fall on them the sun, nor any kind of heat. ¹⁷ Because the Lamb in the midst of the throne will shepherd them, and will lead them on the living fountains of waters; and God will wipe off every tear from their eyes.
