⁷ Do not they blaspheme the honorable name by which ye are called?

⁷ Their eyes stand forth from fatness; they are gone beyond the imaginations of their heart. ⁸ They scoff, and in wickedness utter oppression; they speak as if there were none on high. ⁹ They have set their mouth against the heavens, and their tongue walketh through the earth.

⁹ He hath sent redemption unto His people; He hath commanded His covenant for ever; Holy and awful is His name.

³ Thine ointments have a goodly fragrance; thy name is as ointment poured forth; therefore do the maidens love thee.

¹⁴ Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: behold, the young woman shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

⁶ (9:5) For a child is born unto us, a son is given unto us; and the government is upon his shoulder; and his name is called Pele- joez-el-gibbor-Abi-ad-sar-shalom; ⁷ (9:6) That the government may be increased, and of peace there be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it through justice and through righteousness from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts doth perform this.

¹⁵ And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto Mine elect: 'So may the Lord GOD slay thee'; but He shall call His servants by another name;

⁶ In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely; and this is his name whereby he shall be called, The LORD is our righteousness.

²³ Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, And they shall call his name Immanuel, which is, being interpreted, God with us.

²⁴ But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This man doth not cast out demons, but by Beelzebul the prince of the demons.

⁶³ saying, Sir, we remember that that deceiver said while he was yet alive, After three days I rise again.

⁶⁴ And when they had blindfolded him, they struck him on the face, and asked him, saying, Prophesy; who is he that struck thee? ⁶⁵ And many other things spake they against him, reviling him.

¹² And in none other is there salvation; for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved.

²⁶ and when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that even for a whole year they were gathered together with the church, and taught much people, and that the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

¹¹ And punishing them oftentimes in all the synagogues, I strove to make them blaspheme, and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto foreign cities.

¹⁵ from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named,

⁹ Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name, ¹⁰ that in the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven and things on earth and things under the earth, ¹¹ and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

¹³ though I was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious; howbeit I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief,

⁵ and there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemy, and there was given to him authority to make war forty and two months. ⁶ And he opened his mouth for blasphemies against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, even them that dwell in the heaven.

¹³ And he is arrayed in a garment sprinkled with blood; and his name is called The Word of God.

¹⁶ And he hath on his garment and on his thigh a name written, KINGS OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
