⁴ And when hee hath sent foorth his owne sheepe, he goeth before them, and the sheepe follow him: for they know his voyce.

³⁰ The Lord your God, who goeth before you, he shall fight for you, according to all that he did vnto you in Egypt before your eyes,

⁸ It is the voyce of my welbeloued: beholde, hee commeth leaping by the mountaines, and skipping by the hilles.

² I sleepe, but mine heart waketh, it is the voyce of my welbeloued that knocketh, saying, Open vnto mee, my sister, my loue, my doue, my vndefiled: for mine head is full of dewe, and my lockes with the droppes of the night.

¹² I will surely gather thee wholy, O Iaakob: I will surely gather the remnant of Israel: I will put them together as the sheepe of Bozrah, euen as the flocke in the mids of their folde: the cities shall be full of brute of the men. ¹³ The breaker vp shall come vp before them: they shall breake out, and passe by the gate, and goe out by it, and their King shall goe before them, and the Lord shalbe vpon their heades.

²⁴ Iesus then saide to his disciples, If any man will follow me, let him forsake himselfe: and take vp his crosse, and follow me.

²⁹ He that hath the bride, is the bridegrome: but the friend of the bridegrome which standeth and heareth him, reioyceth greatly, because of the bridegromes voyce. This my ioy therefore is fulfilled.

⁸ All, that euer came before me, are theeues and robbers: but the sheepe did not heare them.

¹⁶ Other sheepe I haue also, which are not of this folde: them also must I bring, and they shall heare my voyce: and there shalbe one sheepefolde, and one shepheard.

²⁶ If any man serue me, let him follow me: for where I am, there shall also my seruant be: and if any man serue me, him will my Father honour.

¹⁵ For I haue giuen you an example, that ye should doe, euen as I haue done to you.

² In my Fathers house are many dwelling places: if it were not so, I would haue tolde you: I go to prepare a place for you. ³ And if I go to prepare a place for you, I wil come againe, and receiue you vnto my selfe, that where I am, there may ye be also.

³⁷ Pilate then said vnto him, Art thou a King then? Iesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a King: for this cause am I borne, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should beare witnes vnto the trueth: euery one that is of the trueth, heareth my voyce.

¹ Be yee followers of mee, euen as I am of Christ.

¹ Bee yee therefore followers of God, as deare children,

⁵ Let the same minde be in you that was euen in Christ Iesus, ⁶ Who being in ye forme of God, thought it no robberie to be equall with God: ⁷ But he made himself of no reputation, and tooke on him ye forme of a seruant, and was made like vnto men, and was founde in shape as a man. ⁸ He humbled himselfe, and became obedient vnto the death, euen the death of the Crosse. ⁹ Wherefore God hath also highly exalted him, and giuen him a Name aboue euery name, ¹⁰ That at the Name of Iesus shoulde euery knee bowe, both of things in heauen, and things in earth, and things vnder the earth, ¹¹ And that euery tongue shoulde confesse that Iesus Christ is the Lord, vnto the glory of God the Father.

²⁰ Whither the forerunner is for vs entred in, euen Iesus that is made an hie Priest for euer after the order of Melchi-sedec.

² Looking vnto Iesus the authour and finisher of our faith, who for the ioy that was set before him, endured the crosse, and despised the shame, and is set at the right hand of the throne of God.

²¹ For hereunto ye are called: for Christ also suffred for you, leauing you an ensample that ye should follow his steppes.

¹ Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for vs in the flesh, arme your selues likewise with the same minde, which is, that he which hath suffered in the flesh, hath ceased from sinne,

³ Not as though ye were lords ouer Gods heritage, but that yee may bee ensamples to the flocke.
