¹⁹ Hearken vnto mee, O Lord, and heare the voyce of them that contend with me.

¹⁶ Lord, bow downe thine eare, and heare: Lord open thine eyes and behold, and heare the wordes of Saneherib, who hath sent to blaspheme the liuing God.

⁴ For my friendship they were mine aduersaries, but I gaue my selfe to praier.

²⁸ Though they curse, yet thou wilt blesse: they shall arise and be confounded, but thy seruant shall reioyce.

¹² But, O Lord of hostes, that tryest the righteous, and seest the reines and the heart, let me see thy vengeance on them: for vnto thee haue I opened my cause.

⁸ Reioyce not against me, O mine enemie: though I fall, I shall arise: when I shall sit in darkenesse, the Lord shalbe a light vnto me.
