³⁹ For the promise is made vnto you, and to your children, and to all that are a farre off, euen as many as the Lord our God shall call.

⁷ Moreouer I wil establish my couenant betweene me and thee, and thy seede after thee in their generations, for an euerlasting couenant, to be God vnto thee and to thy seede after thee. ⁸ And I will giue thee and thy seede after thee the land, wherein thou art a stranger, euen all the land of Canaan, for an euerlasting possession, and I will be their God.

¹⁴ The Lord will increase his graces towarde you, euen toward you and toward your children. ¹⁵ Ye are blessed of the Lord, which made the heauen and the earth.

³ For I will powre water vpon the thirstie, and floods vpon the drie grounde: I will powre my Spirit vpon thy seede, and my blessing vpon thy buddes.

¹³ And all thy children shalbe taught of the Lord, and much peace shalbe to thy children.

¹⁹ I create the fruite of the lips, to be peace: peace vnto them that are farre off, and to them that are neere, sayth the Lord: for I will heale him.

¹⁹ So shall they feare the Name of the Lord from the West, and his glory from the rising of the sunne: for the enemie shall come like a flood: but the Spirit of the Lord shall chase him away.

³⁹ And I wil giue them one heart and one way that they may feare me for euer for ye wealth of them, and of their children after them. ⁴⁰ And I wil make an euerlasting couenant with them, that I wil neuer turne away from them to doe them good, but I wil put my feare in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.

²⁵ And they shall dwell in the lande, that I haue giuen vnto Iaakob my seruant, where your fathers haue dwelt, and they shall dwel therein, euen they, and their sonnes, and their sonnes sonnes for euer, and my seruant Dauid shall bee their prince for euer.

²⁸ And afterward will I powre out my Spirit vpon all flesh: and your sonnes and your daughters shall prophecie: your olde men shall dreame dreames, and your yong men shall see visions,

³² But whosoeuer shall call on the Name of the Lord, shalbe saued: for in mount Zion, and in Ierusale shalbe deliuerance, as the Lord hath said, and in the remnant, whom the Lord shall call.

²⁵ Ye are the children of the Prophets, and of the couenant, which God hath made vnto our fathers, saying to Abraham, Euen in thy seede shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. ²⁶ First vnto you hath God raysed vp his Sonne Iesus, and him hee hath sent to blesse you, in turning euery one of you from your iniquities.

⁴⁵ So they of the circumcision which beleeued, were astonied, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was powred out the gift of the holy Ghost.

¹⁵ And as I began to speake, the holy Ghost fell on them, euen as vpon vs at the beginning. ¹⁶ Then I remembred the word of the Lord, howe he said, Iohn baptized with water, but ye shalbe baptized with the holy Ghost. ¹⁷ For as much then as God gaue them a like gift, as he did vnto vs, when we beleeued in the Lord Iesus Christ, who was I, that I coulde let God? ¹⁸ When they heard these things, they helde their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles graunted repentance vnto life.

²⁷ And when they were come and had gathered the Church together, they rehearsed all the things that God had done by them, and howe he had opened the doore of faith vnto the Gentiles.

³ Thus being brought forth by ye Church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conuersion of the Gentiles, and they brought great ioy vnto all the brethren.

⁸ And God which knoweth the heartes, bare them witnesse, in giuing vnto them ye holy Ghost euen as he did vnto vs.

¹⁴ Simeon hath declared, howe God first did visite the Gentiles, to take of them a people vnto his Name.

³⁰ Moreouer whom he predestinate, them also he called, and whom he called, them also he iustified, and whom he iustified, them he also glorified.

⁴ Which are the Israelites, to whome perteineth the adoption, and the glory, and the Couenants, and the giuing of the Lawe, and the seruice of God, and the promises.

²⁴ Euen vs whome hee hath called, not of of the Iewes onely, but also of the Gentiles,

¹⁶ For if the first fruites be holy, so is the whole lumpe: and if the roote be holy, so are the branches. ¹⁷ And though some of the branches be broken off, and thou being a wilde Oliue tree, wast graft in for them, and made partaker of the roote, and fatnesse of the Oliue tree.

²⁹ For the giftes and calling of God are without repentance.

¹⁴ For the vnbeleeuing husband is sanctified to the wife, and the vnbeleeuing wife is sanctified to the husband, els were your children vncleane: but nowe are they holie.

¹⁸ That the eyes of your vnderstanding may be lightened, that ye may knowe what the hope is of his calling, and what the riches of his glorious inheritance is in the Saints,

¹³ But nowe in Christ Iesus, ye which once were farre off, are made neere by the blood of Christ. ¹⁴ For he is our peace, which hath made of both one, and hath broken the stoppe of the partition wall, ¹⁵ In abrogating through his flesh the hatred, that is, the Lawe of commandements which standeth in ordinances, for to make of twaine one newe man in himselfe, so making peace, ¹⁶ And that he might reconcile both vnto God in one body by his crosse, and slay hatred thereby, ¹⁷ And came, and preached peace to you which were afarre off, and to them that were neere. ¹⁸ For through him we both haue an entrance vnto the Father by one Spirit. ¹⁹ Nowe therefore ye are no more strangers and forreiners: but citizens with the Saintes, and of the houshold of God, ²⁰ And are built vpon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets, Iesus Christ himselfe being the chiefe corner stone, ²¹ In whom all the building coupled together, groweth vnto an holy Temple in the Lord. ²² In whom ye also are built together to be the habitation of God by the Spirit.

⁵ Which in other ages was not opened vnto the sonnes of men, as it is nowe reueiled vnto his holy Apostles and Prophets by the Spirit, ⁶ That the Gentiles should be inheriters also, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the Gospel, ⁷ Whereof I am made a minister by the gift of the grace of God giuen vnto me through the effectuall working of his power. ⁸ Euen vnto me the least of all Saints is this grace giuen, that I should preach among the Gentiles the vnsearchable riches of Christ,

⁴ There is one body, and one Spirit, euen as yee are called in one hope of your vocation.

¹¹ Wherefore, we also pray alwayes for you, that our God may make you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of his goodnes, and the worke of faith with power,

¹³ But we ought to giue thankes alway to God for you, brethren beloued of the Lord, because that God hath from the beginning chosen you to saluation, through sanctification of the Spirit, and the faith of trueth, ¹⁴ Whereunto he called you by our Gospel, to obtaine the glory of our Lord Iesus Christ.

⁹ Who hath saued vs, and called vs with an holy calling, not according to our workes, but according to his owne purpose and grace, which was giuen to vs through Christ Iesus before the world was,

¹ Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heauenly vocation, consider the Apostle and high Priest of our profession Christ Iesus:

¹⁵ And for this cause is he the Mediatour of the newe Testament, that through death which was for the redemption of the transgressions that were in the former Testament, they which were called, might receiue the promise of eternall inheritance.

¹⁰ And the God of all grace, which hath called vs vnto his eternall glory by Christ Iesus, after that ye haue suffered a litle, make you perfite, confirme, strengthen and stablish you.

³ According as his diuine power hath giuen vnto vs all things that perteine vnto life and godlinesse, through the acknowledging of him that hath called vs vnto glory and vertue.

¹⁰ Wherefore, brethren, giue rather diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye doe these things, ye shall neuer fall.

¹⁴ These shall fight with the Lambe, and the Lambe shall ouercome them: for he is Lord of Lordes, and King of Kings: and they that are on his side, called, and chosen, and faithfull.

⁹ Then he said vnto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called vnto the Lambes supper. And he said vnto me, These wordes of God are true.
