⁸ Be not ye now stiffenecked like your fathers, but giue the hand to the Lord, and come into his sanctuarie, which he hath sanctified for euer, and serue the Lord your God, and the fiercenesse of his wrath shall turne away from you.

⁹ Againe the Lord said vnto Moses, I haue seene this people, and beholde, it is a stiffe necked people.

¹³ Thou shalt feare the Lord thy God, and serue him, and shalt sweare by his Name.

¹⁷ But ye shall keepe diligently the commandements of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his ordinances which he hath commanded thee,

² Thus I beholde thee as in the Sanctuarie, when I beholde thy power and thy glorie.

²⁴ They haue seene, O God, thy goings, the goings of my God, and my King, which art in the Sanctuarie.

³¹ Then shall the princes come out of Egypt: Ethiopia shall hast to stretche her hands vnto God.

¹⁷ Vntill I went into the Sanctuarie of God: then vnderstoode I their ende.

²⁶ If any man serue me, let him follow me: for where I am, there shall also my seruant be: and if any man serue me, him will my Father honour.

¹³ Neither giue ye your members, as weapons of vnrighteousnes vnto sinne: but giue your selues vnto God, as they that are aliue from the dead, and giue your members as weapons of righteousnesse vnto God. ¹⁴ For sinne shall not haue dominion ouer you: for ye are not vnder ye Lawe, but vnder grace. ¹⁵ What then? shall we sinne, because we are not vnder the Law, but vnder grace? God forbid. ¹⁶ Knowe ye not, that to whomsoeuer yee giue your selues as seruats to obey, his seruants ye are to whom ye obey, whether it be of sinne vnto death, or of obedience vnto righteousnesse? ¹⁷ But God be thanked, that ye haue beene the seruants of sinne, but yee haue obeyed from the heart vnto the forme of the doctrine, wherunto ye were deliuered. ¹⁸ Being then made free from sinne, yee are made the seruants of righteousnesse. ¹⁹ I speake after the maner of man, because of the infirmitie of your flesh: for as yee haue giuen your members seruants to vncleannes and to iniquitie, to commit iniquitie, so now giue your mebers seruants vnto righteousnesse in holinesse.

²² But now being freed from sinne, and made seruants vnto God, ye haue your fruit in holines, and the end, euerlasting life.

²¹ And vnto Israel hee sayth, All the day long haue I stretched foorth mine hand vnto a disobedient, and gainesaying people.

²² Seruants, be obedient vnto them that are your masters according to the flesh, in all things, not with eye seruice as men pleasers, but in singlenes of heart, fearing God. ²³ And whatsoeuer ye doe, doe it heartily, as to the Lord, and not to men, ²⁴ Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receiue the reward of the inheritance: for ye serue the Lord Christ.

¹⁵ Therefore are they in the presence of the throne of God, and serue him day and night in his Temple, and he that sitteth on the throne, wil dwell among them.
