³ For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes; and I have walked in thy truth.

³ Remember now, O LORD, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.

⁵ Guide me in thy truth, and teach me; for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

¹⁰ Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other. ¹¹ Truth springeth out of the earth; and righteousness hath looked clown from heaven. ¹² Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; and our land shall yield her increase. ¹³ Righteousness shall go before him; and shall make his footsteps a way [to walk in].

¹¹ Teach me thy way, O LORD; I will walk in thy truth: unite my heart to fear thy name.

² I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way: Oh when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.

¹⁴² Thy righteousness is an everlasting righteousness, and thy law is truth.

⁵ O house of Jacob, come ye, and let us walk in the light of the LORD.

²⁰ To the law and to the testimony! if they speak not according to this word, surely there is no morning for them.

⁴⁴ but I say unto you, Love your enemies, and pray for them that persecute you; ⁴⁵ that ye may be sons of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sendeth rain on the just and the unjust. ⁴⁶ For if ye love them that love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same? ⁴⁷ And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more [than others]? do not even the Gentiles the same? ⁴⁸ Ye therefore shall be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

³⁶ Be ye merciful, even as your Father is merciful.

⁶ Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, and the truth, and the life: no one cometh unto the Father, but by me.

¹⁸ But we all, with unveiled face reflecting as a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit.

¹⁴ For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that one died for all, therefore all died; ¹⁵ and he died for all, that they which live should no longer live unto themselves, but unto him who for their sakes died and rose again.

⁹ For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might become rich.

²⁰ But ye did not so learn Christ; ²¹ if so be that ye heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus: ²² that ye put away, as concerning your former manner of life, the old man, which waxeth corrupt after the lusts of deceit; ²³ and that ye be renewed in the spirit of your mind, ²⁴ and put on the new man, which after God hath been created in righteousness and holiness of truth. ²⁵ Wherefore, putting away falsehood, speak ye truth each one with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

³² and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, even as God also in Christ forgave you.

¹² Put on therefore, as God’s elect, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; ¹³ forbearing one another, and forgiving each other, if any man have a complaint against any; even as the Lord forgave you, so also do ye:

⁷ but if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

⁷ Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is begotten of God, and knoweth God. ⁸ He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. ⁹ Herein was the love of God manifested in us, that God hath sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. ¹⁰ Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son [to be] the propitiation for our sins. ¹¹ Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. ¹² No man hath beheld God at any time: if we love one another, God abideth in us, and his love is perfected in us:

¹⁹ We love, because he first loved us. ²⁰ If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, cannot love God whom he hath not seen. ²¹ And this commandment have we from him, that he who loveth God love his brother also.

⁴ I rejoice greatly that I have found [certain] of thy children walking in truth, even as we received commandment from the Father.

³ For I rejoiced greatly, when brethren came and bare witness unto thy truth, even as thou walkest in truth. ⁴ Greater joy have I none than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth.

¹¹ Beloved, imitate not that which is evil, but that which is good. He that doeth good is of God: he that doeth evil hath not seen God.
