⁴ Who art *thou* that judgest the servant of another? to his own master he stands or falls. And he shall be made to stand; for the Lord is able to make him stand.

²⁷ [Thy] refuge is the God of old, And underneath are the eternal arms; And he shall drive out the enemy from before thee, And shall say, Destroy [them]! ²⁸ And Israel shall dwell in safety alone, The fountain of Jacob, in a land of corn and new wine; Also his heavens shall drop down dew. ²⁹ Happy art thou, Israel! Who is like unto thee, a people saved by Jehovah, The shield of thy help, And the sword of thine excellency? And thine enemies shall come cringing to thee; And thou shalt tread upon their high places.

⁵ When thou holdest my goings in thy paths, my footsteps slip not.

¹⁷ for the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but Jehovah upholdeth the righteous.

²⁴ though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down, for Jehovah upholdeth his hand.

²⁸ for Jehovah loveth judgment, and will not forsake his saints: They are preserved for ever; but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

¹¹⁶ Uphold me according to thy ?word, that I may live; and let me not be ashamed of my hope. ¹¹⁷ Hold thou me up, and I shall be safe; and I will have respect unto thy statutes continually.

²⁹ He giveth power to the faint; and to him that hath no might he increaseth strength.

²⁸ and I give them life eternal; and they shall never perish, and no one shall seize them out of my hand. ²⁹ My Father who has given [them] to me is greater than all, and no one can seize out of the hand of my Father. ³⁰ I and the Father are one.

¹⁷ If then God has given them the same gift as also to us when we had believed on the Lord Jesus Christ, who indeed was *I* to be able to forbid God?

³¹ What shall we then say to these things? If God [be] for us, who against us? ³² He who, yea, has not spared his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him grant us all things? ³³ Who shall bring an accusation against God`s elect? [It is] God who justifies: ³⁴ who is he that condemns? [It is] Christ who has died, but rather has been [also] raised up; who is also at the right hand of God; who also intercedes for us. ³⁵ Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? tribulation or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? ³⁶ According as it is written, For thy sake we are put to death all the day long; we have been reckoned as sheep for slaughter. ³⁷ But in all these things we more than conquer through him that has loved us. ³⁸ For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, ³⁹ nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which [is] in Christ Jesus our Lord.

²⁰ Aye, but thou, O man, who art *thou* that answerest again to God? Shall the thing formed say to him that has formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?

²³ And *they* too, if they abide not in unbelief, shall be grafted in; for God is able again to graft them in.

³ Let not him that eats make little of him that eats not; and let not him that eats not judge him that eats: for God has received him.

²⁵ Now to him that is able to establish you, according to my glad tidings and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to [the] revelation of [the] mystery, as to which silence has been kept in [the] times of the ages,

⁴ For I am conscious of nothing in myself; but I am not justified by this: but he that examines me is the Lord. ⁵ So that do not judge anything before [the] time, until the Lord shall come, who shall also both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and shall make manifest the counsels of hearts; and then shall each have [his] praise from God.

²⁵ Whence also he is able to save completely those who approach by him to God, always living to intercede for them.

¹¹ Speak not against one another, brethren. He that speaks against [his] brother, or judges his brother, speaks against [the] law and judges [the] law. But if thou judgest [the] law, thou art not doer of [the] law, but judge. ¹² One is the lawgiver and judge, who is able to save and to destroy: but who art *thou* who judgest thy neighbour?

⁵ who are kept guarded by [the] power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in [the] last time.

²⁴ But to him that is able to keep you without stumbling, and to set [you] with exultation blameless before his glory,
