²⁶ For if we sin willfully, after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no longer a sacrifice for sins;

³¹ Therefore I say to you, That every sin and impious speech shad be forgiven men: but the impious speech against the Spirit shall not be forgiven men. ³² And whoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be for given him, either in the present age, or in that which is to come.

⁴³ When the unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he goes through dry places seeking rest, and finds none. ⁴⁴ Then he says: I will return to my house, out of which I came. And he comes and finds it empty, swept, and. set in order. ⁴⁵ Then he goes and takes with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in and dwell there. And the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it be with this wicked generation.

⁴⁷ And that servant who knew his lord's will, but made no preparation, nor did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes;

⁴¹ Jesus said to them: If you were blind, you would not have sin; but now you say, We see; therefore your sin remains.

¹⁷ If you know these things, blessed are you, if you do them.

²² If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not have had sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin. ²³ He that hates me, hates my Father also. ²⁴ If I had not done among them the works that no other man has done, they would have had no sin; but now they have both seen, and hated both me and my Father.

¹⁰ and with all the delusion of unrighteousness in those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, in order that they might be saved.

¹³ me, I say, who before was a reviler and a persecutor and an overbearing man. But I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief:

⁴ For it is impossible to renew again to repentance those who have once been enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit, ⁵ and have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the coming age, ⁶ if they fall away; since they again crucify in themselves the Son of God, and put him to an open shame.

¹⁷ Therefore, to him that knows how to do good, and does it not, to him it is sin.

²⁰ For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world, through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in these, and overcome by them, the last state of such is worse than the first. ²¹ For it would be better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. ²² But it has happened to them according to the true proverb: The dog has turned again to his own vomit; and, The sow that was washed, to her wallowing in the mire.

¹⁶ If any one see his brother sinning a sin not to death, he shall ask, and he will give him life for those who sin not to death. There is a sin to death: I do not say concerning this, that he should ask.
