⁷ And the day of unleavened bread came, when the passover must be killed.

¹⁷ And on the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying to him: Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover? ¹⁸ And he said: Go into the city to such a man, and say to him: The Teacher says, my time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples. ¹⁹ And the disciples did as Jesus directed them, and made ready the passover.

¹² And on the first day of the feast of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples say to him: Where wilt thou that we go and prepare, that thou mayest eat the passover? ¹³ And he sends forth two of his disciples, and says to them: Go into the city, and there will meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water; follow him. ¹⁴ And where he shall go in, say to the master of the house: The Teacher says, Where is the guest-chamber, in which I may eat the passover with my disciples? ¹⁵ And he will show you a large upper room furnished, ready; there prepare for us. ¹⁶ And his disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he said to them; and they made ready the passover.

¹ Now the feast of unleavened bread was drawing near, which is called the Passover;

⁷ Cleanse out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, according as ye are unleavened. For our passover, Christ, was sacrificed for us;
