¹³ For, "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."

⁴ Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness.

¹⁹ "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord,

²⁰ I have been crucified with Christ, and it is no longer I that live, but Christ living in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.

Against such things there is no law. ²⁴ Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts. ²⁵ If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. ²⁶ Let us not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.

⁹ The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

²⁶ For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more a sacrifice for sins, ²⁷ but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which will devour the adversaries.

⁴ One who says, "I know him," and does not keep his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.

¹⁷ To him therefore who knows to do good, and does not do it, to him it is sin.

⁶ Whoever remains in him does not sin. Whoever sins hasn't seen him, neither knows him.
