¹² Wherefore as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin, so death passed upon all men, for to that all have sinned:

²³ for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God;

¹⁴ and yet death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned after the likeness of Adam's transgression, who is the type of Him that was to come. ¹⁵ But not as the offence, so also is the free gift: for if through the offence of one many died, much more hath the grace of God, and the gift bestowed by the grace of one man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many. ¹⁶ For the gift is not as the sentence was by one that sinned; for the sentence is passed from one offence to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences to justification. ¹⁷ For if, by the offence of one, death reigned through one, much more they who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness, shall reign in life through one, even Jesus Christ.

¹⁹ For as by the disobedience of one man many were made sinners; so by the obedience of One shall many be made righteous.

²¹ so grace might reign through righteousness, unto eternal life, by Jesus Christ our Lord.

²³ For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

²¹ for as by man came death, by man cometh also the resurrection of the dead. ²² For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive.

¹⁵ Then desire having conceived bringeth forth sin, and sin when it is finished bringeth forth death.

² and if any offend not in word, he is a compleat man, able to manage also the whole body.

⁸ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. ⁹ If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness: ¹⁰ but if we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

¹⁴ And death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire: this is the second death. ¹⁵ And whosoever was not found written in the book of life, was cast into the lake of fire.
