¹⁸ But I say, Have they not heard? Verily their sound is gone out into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.

⁸ Again the devil taketh Him to a very high mountain, and sheweth Him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

¹⁴ and this gospel of the kingdom of heaven shall be preached in all the world, for a testimony to all the nations; and then shall the end come.

¹³ Verily I tell you, wherever this gospel is preached, in the whole world, what she hath done shall also be spoken of for a memorial of her.

¹⁹ Go ye therefore and instruct all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Ghost,

¹⁵ And He said unto them, Go to all the world and preach the gospel to every one:

²⁰ And they went forth and preached every where, the Lord co-operating with them, and confirming the word by miracles following upon it. Amen.

⁵ Now there were at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, from every nation under heaven. ⁶ And when this rumor was spread, the multitude came together and were astonished; for every one heard them speaking in his own language. ⁷ And they were all amazed and wondered, saying to one another, Behold, are not all these, that are speaking, Galileans? ⁸ and how do we every one hear them in our own native tongue? ⁹ Parthians and Medes and Elamites, and those that dwell in Mesopotamia, and Judea, and Capadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, ¹⁰ Egypt and the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers from Rome, Jews and proselytes, ¹¹ Cretans and Arabians, we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God.

²⁰ but declared first to those in Damascus and Jerusalem, and through all the country of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, and turn unto God, performing works suitable to repentance.

²³ And having appointed him a day, many came to him at his lodging; to whom he discoursed and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them of the things concerning Jesus, both from the law of Moses, and from the prophets, from morning till evening.

⁸ And first I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is celebrated through the whole world:

¹⁹ through the efficacy of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and round as far as to Illyricum, I have fully declared the gospel of Christ:

⁶ which is come unto you, even as in all the world, and is fruitful; as it hath been also among you, from the day in which ye heard and knew the grace of God in truth.

²³ if so be ye continue grounded and settled in the faith, and be not moved from the gospel, which ye have heard, and which hath been preached throughout the whole creation, of which I Paul am a minister.

⁸ For the word of the Lord sounded forth from you, not only in Macedonia and Achaia; but also in every place your faith towards God is spread abroad, so that we have no need to say any thing of it.
