Romans Cross References - Worrell

1 Paul, a slave of Jesus Christ, a called apostle, separated unto the Gospel of God, 2 which He promised before through His prophets in the holy Scriptures, 3 concerning His Son, Who was born of the seed of David, according to His flesh, 4 Who was declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the Spirit of holiness by the resurrection from the dead—even Jesus Christ our Lord, 5 through Whom we received grace and apostleship, for obedience of faith among all the nations for His name's sake; 6 among whom also are ye the called of Jesus Christ: 7 to all who are in Rome, beloved of God, called saints: Grace to you, and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. 8 First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, because your faith is proclaimed in the whole world. 9 For God is my witness, Whom I serve in my spirit in the Gospel of His Son, how unceasingly I make mention of you always in my prayers, 10 making request, if by any means now at length, I may be prospered by the will of God to come to you. 11 For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, to the end that ye may be established; 12 that is, to be comforted together among you through our mutual faith, both yours and mine. 13 And I do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come to you (and was hindered hitherto), that I might have some fruit in you also, even as in the rest of the gentiles. 14 I am debtor both to the Greeks and to the Barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish; 15 so, as much as in me is, I am ready to proclaim the Gospel to you also who are in Rome. 16 For I am not ashamed of the Gospel; for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek 17 for in it is revealed God's righteousness, from faith to faith; as it has been written, "But the righteous shall live by faith." 18 For God's wrath is revealed from Heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hinder the truth in unrighteousness; 19 because that which is known of God is manifested in them; for God manifested it to them. 20 For His invisible things, since the creation of the world, are clearly seen, being perceived by the things that are made, even His everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse: 21 because, having known God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor did they give thanks; but they became vain in their reasonings, and their senseless heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God for the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds, and quadrupeds, and reptiles. 24 Wherefore, God gave them up in the desires of their hearts unto the uncleanness of dishonoring their bodies among themselves; 25 who, indeed, change the truth of God into falsehood; and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, Who is blessed forever. Amen. 26 For this cause, God gave them up to vile passions; for both their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature; 27 and, in like manner, the men also, leaving the natural use of the women, burned in their desires one for another; men with men working unseemliness, and receiving in themselves the recompense of their error, which was due. 28 And, as they did not approve the holding of God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not becoming; 29 having become filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30 back-biters, hateful to God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventers of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31 without understanding, covenant-breakers, without natural affection, unmerciful; 32 who, indeed, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also consent with those who practice them.

And I, in that very hour, looked up on him. 14 And he said, 'The God of our fathers appointed you to know His will, and to see the Righteous One, and to hear a voice out of His mouth; 15 because you shall be a witness for Him, to all men, of what you have seen, and heard.

Acts 22:20

20 and, when the blood of Stephen, Thy witness, was poured forth, I myself also was standing by, and approving, and guarding the garments of those who slew him. 21 And He said to me, 'Depart, because I will send you far hence to the gentiles.'

Acts 24:14

14 But I confess this to you, that, according to the Way which they call 'heresy,' so I worship the God of our fathers, believing all those things, which are according to the law, and which have been written in the prophets;

Acts 24:24-25

24 And, after some days, Felix, having come with his wife Drusilla, who was a Jewess, sent for Paul, and heard him concerning the faith in Christ Jesus. 25 And, as he was reasoning about righteousness, continence, and the judgment to come, Felix, becoming terrified, answered, "Go your way for the present; and, when I obtain a suitable opportunity, I will call for you;"

Acts 26:1

1 And Agrippa said to Paul, "You are permitted to speak in your own behalf." Then Paul, stretching forth his hand, was making his defense:

6 And now, for the hope of the promise made by God to our fathers, I have taken my stand to be judged;

Acts 26:14

14 And, we all having fallen to the earth, I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew language, 'Saul! Saul! why are you persecuting Me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.'

Acts 26:16-18

16 But arise, and stand upon your feet; for I appeared to you for this end, to appoint you a minister and a witness both of the things in which you saw Me, and of the things in which I will appear to you; 17 delivering you from the people and the gentiles, to whom I send you, 18 to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins, and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.'

Acts 26:18

18 to open their eyes, that they may turn from darkness to light, and from the dominion of Satan to God, that they may receive remission of sins, and an inheritance among those who have been sanctified by faith in Me.'

Acts 27:1-28

1 And, when it was decided that we should sail to Italy, they delivered Paul and some other prisoners to a centurion, Julius by name, of the Augustan band. 2 And, embarking upon a ship of Adramyttium, about to sail along the coasts of Asia, we put to Sea, Aristarchus, a Macedonian of Thessalonica, being with us. 3 And the next day we landed at Sidon. And Julius, treating Paul humanely, gave him permission to go to his friends to receive their attention. 4 And, thence putting out to sea, we sailed under Cyprus, because the winds were contrary. 5 And, sailing over the sea which is off Cilicia and Pamphylia, we came to Myra, a city of Lycia. 6 And there the centurion, finding an Alexandrian ship sailing to Italy, put us on board of it. 7 And, sailing slowly many days, and with difficulty having come over against Cnidus, the wind not permitting us to approach, we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone; 8 and, coasting along it with difficulty, we came to a certain place called Fair Havens, near which was a city—Lasea. 9 And much time having been spent, and sailing being already dangerous, because also the fast had already gone by, Paul was admonishing them, 10 saying, "Men! I perceive that the voyage is likely to be with violence and much loss, not only of the cargo and the ship, but also of our lives. 11 But the centurion believed the pilot and the owner of the ship, more than the things spoken by Paul. 12 And, because the harbor was incommodious to winter in, the greater part advised to set sail thence, if by any means, having reached Phoenix, a harbor of Crete—looking toward the south-west and north-west —we might be able to winter there. 13 And, when the south wind was blowing gently, supposing that they had obtained their purpose, lifting anchor, they were coasting nearer to Crete. 14 But, not long after, there beat down upon it a tempestuous wind, which is called Euroclydon. 15 And, the ship being caught, and unable to face the wind, yielding to it, we were borne along. 16 And, running under a certain small island, called Clauda, we were with difficulty able to secure the boat; 17 which having taken up, they were using helps, undergirding the ship; and, fearing lest they should fall into the quicksands, lowering the sail, so they were borne along. 18 And, we being violently tempest-tossed, the next day they were making an overthrow of the cargo; 19 and, on the third day, with their own hands, they cast out the rigging of the ship. 20 And, when neither sun nor stars appeared to us for many days, and no small tempest was pressing upon us, henceforth all hope that we should be saved was being utterly taken away. 21 And, after long abstinence from food, then Paul, standing up in the midst of them, said, "Ye ought, indeed, O men, hearkening to me, not to have set sail from Crete, and to have incurred this violence and loss. 22 And, as to the present things, I exhort you to be of good cheer; for there will be no loss of soul among you, but only of the ship. 23 For there stood by me this night an angel of the God Whose I am, and Whom I serve,

Acts 27:23-28

23 For there stood by me this night an angel of the God Whose I am, and Whom I serve, 24 saying, 'Fear not, Paul; it is necessary that you should stand before Caesar, and, behold, God has granted to you as a favor all those sailing with you.' 25 Wherefore, men, be of good cheer; for I believe God, that it will be even so as it has been told me. 26 But we must be cast out on a certain island." 27 And, when the fourteenth night came, as we were being driven along the Adria, about midnight the sailors were surmising that some country was approaching them; 28 and, sounding, they found twenty fathoms; and, going a little further, and again sounding, they found fifteen fathoms.

Acts 28:2

2 And the barbarians were extending to us no ordinary kindness; for, having kindled a fire, they took us all in, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.

Acts 28:4

4 And when the barbarians saw the beast hanging on his hand, they said among themselves, "Assuredly this man is a murderer, whom, though safely escaping from the sea, justice permitted not to live."

Romans 1:3

3 concerning His Son, Who was born of the seed of David, according to His flesh,

Romans 1:5

5 through Whom we received grace and apostleship, for obedience of faith among all the nations for His name's sake; 6 among whom also are ye the called of Jesus Christ:

Romans 1:9

9 For God is my witness, Whom I serve in my spirit in the Gospel of His Son, how unceasingly I make mention of you always in my prayers,

Romans 1:16

16 For I am not ashamed of the Gospel; for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek

Romans 1:18

18 For God's wrath is revealed from Heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hinder the truth in unrighteousness; 19 because that which is known of God is manifested in them; for God manifested it to them. 20 For His invisible things, since the creation of the world, are clearly seen, being perceived by the things that are made, even His everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse:

Romans 1:20-21

20 For His invisible things, since the creation of the world, are clearly seen, being perceived by the things that are made, even His everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse: 21 because, having known God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor did they give thanks; but they became vain in their reasonings, and their senseless heart was darkened.

Romans 1:21-21

21 because, having known God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor did they give thanks; but they became vain in their reasonings, and their senseless heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God for the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds, and quadrupeds, and reptiles.

Romans 1:23-24

23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God for the likeness of an image of corruptible man, and of birds, and quadrupeds, and reptiles. 24 Wherefore, God gave them up in the desires of their hearts unto the uncleanness of dishonoring their bodies among themselves;

Romans 1:24-24

24 Wherefore, God gave them up in the desires of their hearts unto the uncleanness of dishonoring their bodies among themselves; 25 who, indeed, change the truth of God into falsehood; and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, Who is blessed forever. Amen. 26 For this cause, God gave them up to vile passions; for both their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature;

Romans 1:26

26 For this cause, God gave them up to vile passions; for both their women changed the natural use into that which is against nature; 27 and, in like manner, the men also, leaving the natural use of the women, burned in their desires one for another; men with men working unseemliness, and receiving in themselves the recompense of their error, which was due. 28 And, as they did not approve the holding of God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not becoming;

Romans 1:28-28

28 And, as they did not approve the holding of God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not becoming;

Romans 1:32

32 who, indeed, knowing the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but also consent with those who practice them.

Romans 2:1

1 Wherefore, you are without excuse, O man, every one who judges; for wherein you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.

Romans 2:1-5

1 Wherefore, you are without excuse, O man, every one who judges; for wherein you judge another, you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. 2 Now we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those practicing such things. 3 And do you reckon this, O man, who judge those who practice such things, and do the same yourself, that you will escape the judgment of God?

Romans 2:3-5

3 And do you reckon this, O man, who judge those who practice such things, and do the same yourself, that you will escape the judgment of God? 4 Or, do you despise the riches of His kindness and forbearance and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God is leading you to repentance? 5 but, after your hardness and impenitent heart, you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and of the revelation of the righteous judgment of God,

Romans 2:9

9 tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that works evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek;

Romans 2:15-23

15 who, indeed, show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying with it, and between one another their thoughts accusing or even excusing them;)

Romans 2:15

15 who, indeed, show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying with it, and between one another their thoughts accusing or even excusing them;) 16 in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my Gospel, through Jesus Christ, 17 But, if you are called a Jew, and are resting upon the law, and are boasting in God,

Romans 2:17

17 But, if you are called a Jew, and are resting upon the law, and are boasting in God, 18 and understand His will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law, 19 and have become confident that you are a guide of the blind, a light to those in darkness, 20 an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, having in the law the form of knowledge and of the truth; 21 you, therefore, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that men should not steal, do you steal? 22 You who say that one should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? 23 You who boast in law, do you dishonor God through your transgression of the law?

Romans 2:23

23 You who boast in law, do you dishonor God through your transgression of the law?

Romans 3:2

2 Much every way: first, that they were entrusted with the oracles of God. 3 For what, if some did disbelieve? Shall their disbelief make void the faithfulness of God?

Romans 3:10

10 as it has been written, "There is none righteous, no not one; 11 there is none that understands; there is none that seeks after God;

Romans 3:21

21 But now, apart from the law, a righteousness of God has been manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

Romans 3:27

27 Where, then, is the boasting? It was excluded. By what manner of law? Of works? Nay; but by a law of faith.

Romans 3:29

29 Or is He the God of Jews only? Is He not of gentiles also! Yes, of gentiles also;

Romans 4:11

11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while in uncircumcision; that he might be father of all who believe while in uncircumcision, that the righteousness might be reckoned to them;

Romans 4:15

15 for the law works wrath; but where there is no law, there is no transgression.

Romans 5:1

1 Having been justified, therefore, by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Romans 5:6

6 For, while we were yet weak, Christ, in due season, died for the ungodly.

Romans 5:9

9 Much more, therefore, being now justified by His blood, shall we be saved from the wrath of God through Him.

Romans 6:12

12 Let not sin, therefore, reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey its desires; 13 neither present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God, as alive from the dead, and your members to God as instruments of righteousness.

Romans 6:17

17 But thanks be to God that, though ye were slaves of sin, ye did, however, obey from the heart that form of teaching unto which ye were delivered;

Romans 6:21

21 What fruit, therefore, had ye then in the things of which ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death.

Romans 8:2-3

2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For, what was impossible under law, wherein it was weak through the flesh. God, sending His Own Son in likeness of sinful flesh, and, respecting sin, condemned sin in the flesh;

Romans 8:7-8

7 because the mind of the flesh is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, neither, indeed, can it be; 8 and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

Romans 8:12

12 Accordingly, then, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh;

Romans 8:28-30

28 And we know that all things are working together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose; 29 because whom He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first born among many brethren.

Romans 8:29-30

29 because whom He foreknew He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first born among many brethren. 30 And whom He predestined, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

Romans 8:30-30

30 And whom He predestined, these He also called; and whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified. 31 What, then, shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? 32 He Who spared not His Own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things?

Romans 8:39

39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 9:1

1 I am speaking a truth in Christ—I am not lying, my conscience testifying with me in the Holy Spirit—

Romans 9:5

5 whose are the fathers; and of whom, according to flesh, is the Christ, Who is over all, God blessed forever. Amen.

Romans 9:24

24 whom He also called, not from Jews only, but also from gentiles? 25 As He saith in Hosea, "I will call that My people, which was not My people; and her, 'Beloved,' who was not beloved.

Romans 9:30

30 What, then, shall we say? that gentiles who were not following after righteous obtained righteousness, but a righteousness which is of faith;

Romans 10:17

17 Consequently, faith comes of hearing; and hearing, through the word of Christ.

Romans 11:10

10 let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back always."

Romans 11:13

13 But I am speaking to you gentiles. Inasmuch, indeed, then, as I am an apostle of the gentiles, I glorify my ministry;

Romans 11:25

25 For I do not wish you, brethren, to be ignorant of this mystery (lest ye be wise in your own conceits), that a hardening, in part, has befallen Israel, until the fulness of the gentiles come in;

Romans 12:3

3 For I say, through the grace that was given to me, to every one among you, not to think of himself more highly than he night to think, but so to think as to think soberly, according as God divided to each one a measure of faith.

Romans 12:16

16 thinking the same thing one toward another; minding not lofty things, but being carried along with the lowly. Be ye not wise in your own conceits;

Romans 12:18

18 if it be possible, so far as it depends on you, being at peace with all men;

Romans 13:8

8 Owe no one anything, but to love one another; for he that loves another has fulfilled the law.

Romans 15:9

9 and that the gentiles might glorify God for His mercy; as it has been written, "For this cause, I will confess to Thee among the gentiles; and to Thy name will I sing praise."

Romans 15:15-16

15 But I wrote to you the more boldly in part, as reminding you again, because of the grace which was given to me from God, 16 that I should be a minister of Jesus Christ to the gentiles, ministering the Gospel of God, that the offering up of the gentiles may become acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:16-16

16 that I should be a minister of Jesus Christ to the gentiles, ministering the Gospel of God, that the offering up of the gentiles may become acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:18-19

18 For I will venture to speak only of the things which God wrought through me for the obedience of the gentiles, by word and deed,

Romans 15:18-20

18 For I will venture to speak only of the things which God wrought through me for the obedience of the gentiles, by word and deed, 19 in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Holy Spirit; so that from Jerusalem and around as far as Illyricum, I have fully dispensed the Gospel of Christ;

Romans 15:19-20

19 in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Holy Spirit; so that from Jerusalem and around as far as Illyricum, I have fully dispensed the Gospel of Christ;

Romans 15:19

19 in the power of signs and wonders, in the power of the Holy Spirit; so that from Jerusalem and around as far as Illyricum, I have fully dispensed the Gospel of Christ; 20 and, making it my aim so to proclaim the Gospel—not where Christ was already named—that I might not build upon another's foundation;

Romans 15:20

20 and, making it my aim so to proclaim the Gospel—not where Christ was already named—that I might not build upon another's foundation;

Romans 15:22-24

22 Wherefore, also, I was being hindered many times from coming to you;

Romans 15:22-28

22 Wherefore, also, I was being hindered many times from coming to you; 23 but now, having no longer any place in these regions; and, having a desire for many years to come to you,

Romans 15:23

23 but now, having no longer any place in these regions; and, having a desire for many years to come to you,

Romans 15:23-28

23 but now, having no longer any place in these regions; and, having a desire for many years to come to you, 24 whensoever I go to Spain (for I am hoping, in passing through, to see you, and to be sent on my way thither by you, if first I have been satisfied, in a measure, with your company);

Romans 15:24

24 whensoever I go to Spain (for I am hoping, in passing through, to see you, and to be sent on my way thither by you, if first I have been satisfied, in a measure, with your company);

Romans 15:24-28

24 whensoever I go to Spain (for I am hoping, in passing through, to see you, and to be sent on my way thither by you, if first I have been satisfied, in a measure, with your company); 25 but now I am going to Jerusalem, ministering to the saints. 26 For Macedonia and Achaia were well pleased to make a certain contribution to the poor of the saints who are in Jerusalem. 27 Indeed, they were well pleased, and their debtors they are; for, if the gentiles were partakers of their spiritual things, they ought also to minister to them in carnal things. 28 After having completed this, and having sealed to them this fruit, I will go on by you into Spain; 29 and I know that, when coming to you, I will come in the fulness of the blessing of Christ. 30 And I beseech you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God for me; 31 that I may be delivered from the unbelieving in Judea, and that my ministry to Jerusalem may be acceptable to the saints; 32 that, coming to you in joy through the will of God, I may with you be refreshed.

Romans 15:32

32 that, coming to you in joy through the will of God, I may with you be refreshed.

Romans 16:18

18 For those who are such are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own belly; and, through their kind words and flattering speeches, they beguile the hearts of the simple. 19 For your obedience reached unto all. I rejoice, therefore, over you; but I wish you to be wise as to that which is good, but simple as to evil.

Romans 16:25

25 Now to Him Who is able to establish you, according to my Gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept in silence during eternal ages, 26 but now made manifest, and through the prophetic Scriptures, according to the commandment of the eternal God, made known to all nations for obedience to the faith:

1 Corinthians 1:1

1 Paul, a called apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes the brother, 2 to the assembly of God which is at Corinth, sanctified in Christ Jesus, and called saints, with all, in every place, who call upon the name of our Lord Jesus Christ—their Lord and ours: 3 Grace be to you, and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 4 I thank my God always concerning you, for the grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus;

1 Corinthians 1:4

4 I thank my God always concerning you, for the grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus; 5 that in everything ye were enriched in Him, in all speech and all knowledge; 6 even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you; 7 so that ye fall short in no gift, waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ; 8 Who will also confirm you unto the end, unaccusable in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 God is faithful, through Whom ye were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

1 Corinthians 1:9-9

9 God is faithful, through Whom ye were called into the fellowship of His Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.

1 Corinthians 1:18-24

18 For the word of the cross is to those who are perishing, foolishness; but to those who are being saved, it is the power of God. 19 For it has been written, "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the discernment of the discerning will I set aside."

1 Corinthians 1:19-24

19 For it has been written, "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the discernment of the discerning will I set aside."

1 Corinthians 1:19-21

19 For it has been written, "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and the discernment of the discerning will I set aside." 20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

1 Corinthians 1:20-24

20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

1 Corinthians 1:20-21

20 Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of the world? 21 For, since in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom knew not God, God was pleased through the foolishness of preaching to save those who believe;

1 Corinthians 1:21-24

21 For, since in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom knew not God, God was pleased through the foolishness of preaching to save those who believe;

1 Corinthians 1:21-21

21 For, since in the wisdom of God, the world through its wisdom knew not God, God was pleased through the foolishness of preaching to save those who believe; 22 seeing that both Jews ask for signs, and Greeks seek after wisdom;

1 Corinthians 1:22-24

22 seeing that both Jews ask for signs, and Greeks seek after wisdom; 23 but we preach Christ crucified; to the Jews, a stumbling-block, and to the gentiles foolishness; 24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

1 Corinthians 2:2

2 for I determined not to know anything among you, except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.

1 Corinthians 2:4

4 And my speech and my preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power;

1 Corinthians 2:13

13 Which things also we speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit; combining spiritual things with spiritual.

1 Corinthians 3:18

18 Let no one deceive himself. If any one among you thinks that he is wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise.

1 Corinthians 3:18-19

18 Let no one deceive himself. If any one among you thinks that he is wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may become wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God; for it has been written, "He Who taketh the wise in their craftiness."

1 Corinthians 4:19

19 but I will come to you shortly if the Lord will; and I will know, not the word of those who are puffed up, but the power;

1 Corinthians 6:9

9 Or know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the Kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with men,

1 Corinthians 6:13

13 Foods are for the stomach, and the stomach for foods; but God will bring to nought both this and these. But the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body;

1 Corinthians 6:18

18 Flee fornication. Every sin which a man commits is without the body; but he that commits adultery sins against his own body.

1 Corinthians 9:1

1 Am I not free? Am I not an apostle? Have I not seen Jesus our Lord? Are ye not my work in the Lord? 2 If to others I am not an apostle, yet to you at least I am; for the seal of my apostleship are ye in the Lord.

1 Corinthians 9:12

12 If others partake of this authority over you, do not we still more? But we used not this right; but we bear all things, that we may cause no hindrance to the Gospel of Christ.

1 Corinthians 9:16-18

16 For, if I proclaim the Gospel, it is not to me a matter of boasting; for necessity is laid upon me; for woe is to me, if I proclaim not the Gospel.

1 Corinthians 9:16-23

16 For, if I proclaim the Gospel, it is not to me a matter of boasting; for necessity is laid upon me; for woe is to me, if I proclaim not the Gospel. 17 For, if I do this willingly, I have a reward; but, if unwillingly, I have been entrusted with a stewardship.

1 Corinthians 9:17-23

17 For, if I do this willingly, I have a reward; but, if unwillingly, I have been entrusted with a stewardship.

1 Corinthians 9:17

17 For, if I do this willingly, I have a reward; but, if unwillingly, I have been entrusted with a stewardship. 18 What, then, is my reward? That, when proclaiming the Gospel, I may make the Gospel without charge, to the end that I may not fully use my right in the Gospel.

1 Corinthians 9:18-23

18 What, then, is my reward? That, when proclaiming the Gospel, I may make the Gospel without charge, to the end that I may not fully use my right in the Gospel.

1 Corinthians 9:18

18 What, then, is my reward? That, when proclaiming the Gospel, I may make the Gospel without charge, to the end that I may not fully use my right in the Gospel. 19 For, being free from all men, I made myself servant to all, that I might gain the more. 20 And, to the Jews, I became as a Jew, that I might gain Jews; to those under law, as under law (not being myself under law), that I might gain those under law; 21 to those without law, as without law (not being without law to God, but under law to Christ), that I might gain those without law. 22 To the weak I became weak, that I might gain the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I may, by all means, save some. 23 And I am doing all things for the Gospel's sake, that I may become a partaker thereof with others.

1 Corinthians 10:1

1 For I do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, that our fathers were all under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;

1 Corinthians 12:1-11

1 Now concerning the spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not wish you to be ignorant.

1 Corinthians 12:1

1 Now concerning the spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not wish you to be ignorant. 2 Ye know that ye were gentiles, carried away to the dumb idols, as ye were led.

1 Corinthians 12:2

2 Ye know that ye were gentiles, carried away to the dumb idols, as ye were led. 3 Wherefore, I make known to you that no one speaking in the Spirit of God, says, "Jesus is accursed"; and no one can say, "Jesus is Lord," except in the Holy Spirit. 4 Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are diversities of ministries, and the same Lord. 6 And there are diversities of workings, but the same God, Who worketh all things in all. 7 And to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for profiting. 8 For to one, indeed, is given through the Spirit a word of wisdom; and to another, a word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit; 9 to another, faith, in the same Spirit; and to another, gifts of healings, in the one Spirit; 10 and to another, workings of mighty deeds; and to another, prophecy; and to another, discerning of spirits; to another, various kinds of tongues; and to another, interpretation of tongues. 11 But all these worketh the one and the same Spirit, distributing to each one, severally, even as He willeth.

1 Corinthians 14:11

11 If, then, I know not the meaning of the voice, I will be to him who is speaking a barbarian; and he that is speaking, a barbarian to me.

1 Corinthians 14:14-15

14 For, if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful. 15 What is it, then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also; I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also. 16 Else, if you are blessing with the spirit, how will he who fills the place of the unlearned say the "Amen" at your giving of thanks, since he knows not what you say?

1 Corinthians 14:23-24

23 If, therefore, the whole assembly comes together, and all are speaking with tongues, and there come in those who are unlearned or unbelieving, will they not say that ye are mad? 24 But, if all prophesy, and there come in one who is unbelieving or unlearned, he is convicted by all, he is judged by all:

1 Corinthians 14:24-25

24 But, if all prophesy, and there come in one who is unbelieving or unlearned, he is convicted by all, he is judged by all: 25 the secrets of his heart are made manifest; and so, falling on his face, he will worship God, reporting that, in reality, God is among you.

1 Corinthians 15:2

2 through which also ye are saved, if ye hold fast the word which I proclaimed to you, unless ye believed in vain.

1 Corinthians 15:8-10

8 and, last of all, as to one born out of time, He appeared to me also. 9 For I am the least of the apostles, who am not fit to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the assembly of God. 10 But by God's grace I am what I am; and His grace which was bestowed upon me did not prove vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all; yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

1 Corinthians 15:10

10 But by God's grace I am what I am; and His grace which was bestowed upon me did not prove vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all; yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

1 Corinthians 15:34

34 Awake to soberness righteously, and sin not; for some have not a knowledge of God: I say it to your shame!

1 Corinthians 16:23

23 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

2 Corinthians 1:1

1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, and Timothy our brother, to the assembly of God which is in Corinth, with all the saints who are in the whole of Achaia:

2 Corinthians 1:1-2

1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, and Timothy our brother, to the assembly of God which is in Corinth, with all the saints who are in the whole of Achaia: 2 Grace be to you, and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 1:8

8 For we do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning our tribulation which befell us in Asia; that we were exceedingly weighed down beyond our power, insomuch that we despaired even of life:

2 Corinthians 1:15-16

15 And in this confidence I was purposing before to come to you, that ye might have a second favor; 16 and through you to go into Macedonia, and from Macedonia to come again to you, and by you to be sent forward to Judaea.

2 Corinthians 1:21

21 Now He Who confirmeth us with you in Christ, and anointed us, is God;

2 Corinthians 1:23

23 But I invoke God as a witness upon my soul, that, as sparing you, I came not yet to Corinth.

2 Corinthians 2:1-3

1 But I determined this for myself, that I would not come to you again in sorrow. 2 For, if I make you sorry, who, indeed, is he that makes me glad, but he that is made sorry by me? 3 And I wrote this very thing, that I might not, when I came, have sorrow from those of whom I ought to have joy; having confidence in you all, that my joy is the joy of you all.

2 Corinthians 2:12

12 Now, having come to Troas for the Gospel of Christ, and a door having been opened to me in the Lord,

2 Corinthians 2:14

14 But thanks be to God, Who always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest through us the savor of His knowledge in every place;

2 Corinthians 2:14-16

14 But thanks be to God, Who always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest through us the savor of His knowledge in every place; 15 because we are to God a sweet savor of Christ, in those who are being saved, and in those who are perishing; 16 to the one class a savor of death unto death, and to the other a savor of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?

2 Corinthians 3:5-6

5 not that we are sufficient of ourselves to reckon anything as from ourselves, but our sufficiency is of God; 6 Who also qualified us as ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit makes alive.

2 Corinthians 4:4

4 in whom the god of this world blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ, Who is the image of God, should not shine upon them.

2 Corinthians 4:4-6

4 in whom the god of this world blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ, Who is the image of God, should not shine upon them. 5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord; and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake;

2 Corinthians 4:5-6

5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord; and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake; 6 because it is the God Who said, "Light shall shine out of darkness," Who shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 7:4-7

4 Great is my boldness toward you; great is my glorying on your behalf; I am filled with consolation; I overflow with joy in all our tribulation. 5 For even when we came into Macedonia, our flesh had no relief; but we were in tribulation on every side; without were fightings, within were fears. 6 But God, who consoleth the lowly, consoled us by the coming of Titus; 7 and not by his coming only, but also by the consolation with which he was consoled over you; rehearsing to us your earnest desire, your mourning, your zeal for me; so that I rejoiced the more:

2 Corinthians 7:13

13 For this cause, we have been consoled; but, in our consolation, we rejoice the more exceedingly for the joy of Titus, because his spirit has been refreshed by you all.

2 Corinthians 8:12

12 for, if the readiness is present, it is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what he has not.

2 Corinthians 9:13

13 through the proof of this ministry, glorifying God for the subjection of your confession to the Gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution to them and to all; 14 they also, with supplication for you, longing after you on account of the exceeding grace of God upon you.

2 Corinthians 10:4-6

4 (for the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but mighty through God for the casting down of strongholds);

2 Corinthians 10:4-5

4 (for the weapons of our warfare are not fleshly, but mighty through God for the casting down of strongholds); 5 casting down reasonings, and every high thing lifting itself up against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;

2 Corinthians 10:5-5

5 casting down reasonings, and every high thing lifting itself up against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;

2 Corinthians 10:5

5 casting down reasonings, and every high thing lifting itself up against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ; 6 and holding ourselves in readiness to avenge every disobedience, when your obedience is made complete.

2 Corinthians 10:12

12 For we are not bold to judge ourselves among, or to compare ourselves with, some of those who commend themselves; but they measuring themselves among themselves, and comparing themselves with themselves, are without understanding. 13 But we will not glory beyond our measure, but according to the measure of the limit which God apportioned to us as a measure, to reach even to you. 14 For we stretch not ourselves overmuch, as if not reaching to you; for we came even as far as to you in the Gospel of Christ; 15 not glorying beyond our measure in other men's labors; but, having hope that, as your faith increases, we shall be enlarged among you according to our limit to further abundance,

2 Corinthians 10:15

15 not glorying beyond our measure in other men's labors; but, having hope that, as your faith increases, we shall be enlarged among you according to our limit to further abundance, 16 so as to proclaim the Gospel in the regions beyond you, not to glory in another's limit in the things made ready to our hand.

2 Corinthians 11:4

4 For, if he that comes preaches another Jesus, Whom we did not preach; or, if ye receive a different spirit, which ye did not receive, or a different Gospel, which ye did not accept; well do ye bear with him. 5 For I reckon that I am in no respect behind the most eminent apostles.

2 Corinthians 11:10-11

10 As the truth of Christ is in me, this glorying shall not be stopped in regard to me in the regions of Achaia. 11 Wherefore? because I do not love you? God knoweth!

2 Corinthians 11:19

19 for ye gladly bear with the foolish, being yourselves wise.

2 Corinthians 11:31

31 The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who is blessed forevermore, knoweth that I lie not.

2 Corinthians 12:8-10

8 Concerning this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. 9 And He hath said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you; for My power is made perfect in weakness." Most gladly, therefore, will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Wherefore, I take pleasure in weaknesses, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake; for when I am weak, then am I powerful. 11 I have become foolish; ye compelled me; for I ought to be commended by you; for in nothing was I inferior to the most eminent apostles, even if I am nothing.

2 Corinthians 12:20

20 For I fear, lest by any means, when I come, I should find you not such as I desire, and that I, too, should be found by you such as ye do not desire; lest, by any means, there should be strife, jealousy, wraths, factions, backbitings, whisperings, swellings, tumults;

2 Corinthians 13:4

4 for, indeed, He was crucified through weakness, but He liveth through the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him through the power of God toward you. 5 Try yourselves, whether ye are in the faith; prove yourselves. Or know ye not as to yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you, unless ye be rejected? 6 But I hope that ye shall know, that we are not rejected. 7 Now we pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we may appear approved, but that ye may do what is honorable, though we be rejected.

2 Corinthians 13:14

14 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.

Galatians 1:1

1 Paul, an apostle (not from men nor through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised Him from the dead),

Galatians 1:3-4

3 Grace to you, and peace from God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, 4 Who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us out of the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father;

Galatians 1:6

6 I marvel that ye are so quickly removing from Him Who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different Gospel, 7 which is not another; only there are some who are troubling you, and wishing to pervert the Gospel of Christ.

Galatians 1:10-17

10 For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I seeking to please men? If still I were pleasing men, I should not be Christ's servant. 11 For I make known to you, brethren, that the Gospel which was proclaimed by me is not according to man; 12 for neither did I receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but I received it through revelation of Jesus Christ. 13 For ye heard of my conduct formerly in Judaism; that, beyond measure, I was persecuting the assembly of God, and laying it waste; 14 and was making progress in Judaism above many companions of the same age in my own nation, being more exceedingly a zealot for my ancestral instructions. 15 But, when it pleased God, who set me apart from my mother's womb, and called me through His grace,

Galatians 1:15-16

15 But, when it pleased God, who set me apart from my mother's womb, and called me through His grace, 16 to reveal His Son in me, that I might proclaim the good news of Him among the gentiles; straightway I conferred not with flesh and blood,

Galatians 1:16-16

16 to reveal His Son in me, that I might proclaim the good news of Him among the gentiles; straightway I conferred not with flesh and blood, 17 neither went I up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me, but I went away into Arabia, and again returned to Damascus.

Galatians 1:20

20 Now as to the things I am writing to you, behold, before God, I am not lying.

Galatians 2:8-9

8 (for He Who wrought for Peter with regard to an apostleship of the circumcision, wrought for me also with regard to the gentiles). 9 And, perceiving the grace which was given to me, James and Cephas and John, who were reputed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas right-hands of fellowship, that we should go to the gentiles, and they to the circumcision;

Galatians 3:2-5

2 This only do I wish to learn of you: Did ye receive the Spirit by works of law, or by the hearing of faith? 3 Are ye so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are ye now being made perfect in the flesh? 4 Did ye suffer so many things in vain? if, indeed, it be even in vain. 5 Does He, therefore, Who was supplying to you the Spirit, and was working miracles among you, doing it by works of law, or by the hearing of faith?

Galatians 3:11

11 Now that by law no one is justified with God, is evident; because "The righteous one shall live by faith."

Galatians 4:4

4 But, when the fulness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under law,

Galatians 6:18

18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brethren. Amen.

Ephesians 1:1

1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, to the saints who are in Ephesus, and the faithful in Christ Jesus: 2 Grace to you, and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 1:6

6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He graciously bestowed on us in the Beloved;

Ephesians 1:11

11 in Whom we also were made a heritage, having been predestinated according to the purpose of Him Who worketh all things after the counsel of His own will; 12 that we might be to the praise of His glory, we who had before hoped in Christ; 13 in Whom ye also—after having heard the word of the truth, the Gospel of your salvation, in Whom having also believed—were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

Ephesians 1:15

15 On this account I also, having heard of the faith, on your part, in the Lord Jesus, and the love which ye show towards all the saints, 16 cease not to give thanks on your behalf, making mention of you in my prayers; 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of Glory, would give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the full knowledge of Him; 18 the eyes of your heart having been enlightened, that ye may know what is the hope of His calling, what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of the strength of His might,

Ephesians 1:19-19

19 and what the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of the strength of His might, 20 which He wrought in Christ, when He raised Him from the dead, and seated Him at His right hand in the Heavenly places, 21 far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that to come; 22 and He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as Head over all things to the assembly, 23 which, indeed, is His body, the fulness of Him Who is filling all in all.

Ephesians 3:2-9

2 if, at least, ye heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which was given to me for you, 3 that by revelation was made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before in brief; 4 respecting which ye can, by reading, perceive my understanding in the mystery of Christ, 5 which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it was now revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit;

Ephesians 3:5-9

5 which in other generations was not made known to the sons of men, as it was now revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit; 6 that the gentiles are fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and partners with us of the promise in Christ Jesus through the Gospel;

Ephesians 3:6-9

6 that the gentiles are fellow-heirs, and of the same body, and partners with us of the promise in Christ Jesus through the Gospel; 7 of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God which was given to me according to the working of His power.

Ephesians 3:7-9

7 of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God which was given to me according to the working of His power. 8 To me, who am less than the least of all saints, was this grace given, to proclaim, to the gentiles, the glad tidings of the unsearchable riches of Christ; 9 and to plainly show what is the dispensation of the mystery which from the ages has been hidden away in God, Who made all things;

Ephesians 3:14-21

14 For this cause I bow my knees to the Father, 15 from Whom every family in Heaven and on earth is named, 16 that He may grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit as to the inward man; 17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that ye, having been rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be strong to apprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth, and length, and height, and depth, 19 and to know the knowledge-surpassing love of Christ, that ye may be filled unto all the fulness of God. 20 Now to Him Who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that is working in us, 21 to Him be the glory in the assembly, and in Christ Jesus, unto all generations of the age of the ages. Amen.

Ephesians 3:21-21

21 to Him be the glory in the assembly, and in Christ Jesus, unto all generations of the age of the ages. Amen.

Ephesians 4:5

5 one Lord, one faith, one immersion,

Ephesians 4:8-12

8 Wherefore, He saith, "Having ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men." 9 Now the word, "He ascended," what does it mean, but that He also descended into the lower parts of the earth? 10 He Who descended is Himself also the One Who ascended far above all the heavens, that He might fill all things. 11 And He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

Ephesians 4:11-12

11 And He gave some to be apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 with a view to the perfecting of the saints for the work of ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ;

Ephesians 4:17-18

17 This, therefore, I say, and testify in the Lord, that ye no longer walk as the gentiles also walk, in the vanity of their mind, 18 being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their hearts;

Ephesians 4:18-19

18 being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their hearts; 19 who, indeed, having become without feeling, delivered themselves up to lasciviousness for the working of all uncleanness with greediness.

Ephesians 4:19

19 who, indeed, having become without feeling, delivered themselves up to lasciviousness for the working of all uncleanness with greediness.

Ephesians 5:4

4 nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not becoming, but rather thanks-giving.

Ephesians 5:6

6 Let no one deceive you with empty words; for, because of these things, comes the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience.

Ephesians 5:12

12 for it is a shame even to speak of the things done by them in secret.

Ephesians 5:15-17

15 Look, therefore, carefully, how ye walk, not as unwise, but as wise, 16 buying up the opportunity, because the days are evil. 17 For this reason, be not foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

Ephesians 5:20

20 giving thanks always for all things, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God, even the Father;

Ephesians 6:18

18 with all prayer and supplication praying at every opportunity in the Spirit, and watching thereunto in all perseverance and supplication for all the saints;

Ephesians 6:23-Philippians 1:2

23 Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:1

1 Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus, to all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Philippi, with the bishops and deacons:

Philippians 1:3

3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you— 4 always, in every supplication of mine on behalf of you all, making supplication with joy—

Philippians 1:8-11

8 For God is my witness, how I long for you all in the tender affections of Christ Jesus.

Philippians 1:8

8 For God is my witness, how I long for you all in the tender affections of Christ Jesus. 9 And this I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in full knowledge and all discernment; 10 so that ye may approve the things that are excellent; that ye may be pure and without offense to the day of Christ; 11 being filled with the fruit of righteousness, which is through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:11-11

11 being filled with the fruit of righteousness, which is through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 2:11

11 and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

Philippians 2:22

22 But ye know the proof of him, that, as a child with a father, he served with me in furtherance of the Gospel.

Philippians 2:26

26 since he was longing after you all, and was in great distress, because ye heard that he was sick.

Philippians 3:3

3 For we are the circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God, and glory in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in flesh:

Philippians 3:6-7

6 as to zeal, persecuting the assembly: as to the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. 7 But what things were gain to me, these I accounted loss for Christ.

Philippians 3:9

9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is of law, but that which is through faith in Christ—the righteousness which is of God by faith:

Philippians 4:1

1 Therefore, my brethren, beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, beloved.

Philippians 4:6

6 Be anxious for nothing; but, in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God:

Philippians 4:13

13 I am strong enough for all things in Him Who strengtheneth me.

Philippians 4:17

17 Not that I am seeking for the gift; but I seek for the fruit that abounds to your account.

Philippians 4:20

20 Now to our God and Father be the glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Philippians 4:23

23 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.

Colossians 1:1

1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God, and Timothy, the brother, 2 to the saints and faithful brethren in Christ who are in Colosse: Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father. 3 We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,

Colossians 1:5-6

5 because of the hope laid up for you in Heaven, of which ye heard before in the word of the truth of the Gospel, 6 which is present among you, even as it is in all the world bearing fruit and increasing, as it does in you also, since the day ye heard and knew the grace of God in truth;

Colossians 1:6-6

6 which is present among you, even as it is in all the world bearing fruit and increasing, as it does in you also, since the day ye heard and knew the grace of God in truth;

Colossians 1:9-13

9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, cease not praying for you, and asking that ye may be filled with the full knowledge of His will, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, 10 to walk worthily of the Lord to all pleasing, bearing fruit in every good work, and growing in the knowledge of God; 11 strengthened with all power, according to the might of His glory, unto all patience and long-suffering with joy; 12 giving thanks to the Father, Who made us meet for the portion of the inheritance of the saints in light; 13 Who delivered us out of the dominion of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of His love;

Colossians 1:13-13

13 Who delivered us out of the dominion of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of His love; 14 in Whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins; 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, Primal Source of all creation;

Colossians 1:15

15 Who is the image of the invisible God, Primal Source of all creation;

Colossians 1:21

21 And you, being in time past alienated and enemies in your mind in evil works,

Colossians 1:25

25 of which I was made a minister, according to the dispensation of God, which was given to me for you, to fulfill the word of God,

Colossians 1:28-29

28 Whom we proclaim, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ; 29 to which end I am toiling also, striving according to His working, which is working in me with power.

Colossians 2:9

9 because in Him dwells all the fulness of the Godhead bodily;

Colossians 3:6

6 on account of which things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience;

Colossians 3:11

11 where there is no Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondman, freeman; but Christ is all, and in all. 12 Put on, therefore, as God's elect, holy and beloved, tender affections of compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, long-suffering;

Colossians 3:15

15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, unto which also ye were called in one body; and become thankful.

1 Thessalonians 1:1

1 Paul, and Sylvanus, and Timothy, to the assembly of Thessalonians in God the Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ: grace to you, and peace. 2 We give thanks to God at all times for you all, making mention of you in our prayers; 3 remembering, without ceasing, your work of faith, and labor of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, before our God and Father;

1 Thessalonians 1:5-6

5 because our Gospel came not to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit, and in much assurance; even as ye know what manner of men we became toward you, for your sake. 6 And ye became imitators of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much tribulation with joy of the Holy Spirit;

1 Thessalonians 1:8-9

8 For from you has sounded forth the word of the Lord, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but in every place your faith toward God has gone forth; so that we have no need to speak anything;

1 Thessalonians 1:8-10

8 For from you has sounded forth the word of the Lord, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but in every place your faith toward God has gone forth; so that we have no need to speak anything; 9 for they themselves report, concerning us, what manner of entrance we had to you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God,

1 Thessalonians 1:9-10

9 for they themselves report, concerning us, what manner of entrance we had to you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God,

1 Thessalonians 1:9

9 for they themselves report, concerning us, what manner of entrance we had to you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve a living and true God, 10 and to wait for His Son from Heaven, Whom He raised from the dead, Jesus, Who delivers us from the coming wrath.

1 Thessalonians 1:10-10

10 and to wait for His Son from Heaven, Whom He raised from the dead, Jesus, Who delivers us from the coming wrath.

1 Thessalonians 2:2

2 but, having suffered before, and having been shamefully treated, as ye know, in Philippi, we grew bold in our God to speak to you the Gospel of God in much conflict.

1 Thessalonians 2:5-10

5 For neither, at any time, did we use a word of flattery, as ye know, nor a semblance of covetousness, God is witness; 6 nor seeking glory of men, neither from you, nor from others; though able to be in authority, as apostles of Christ. 7 But we became gentle in the midst of you, as when a nurse cherishes her own children: 8 so, being affectionately desirous of you, we were well pleased to impart to you, not only the Gospel of God, but also our own souls, because ye became dear to us. 9 For ye remember, brethren, our labor and toil; working night and day, that we might not be burdensome to any of you, we preached to you the Gospel of God. 10 Ye are witnesses, and God, how piously and righteously and unblamably we behaved toward you who believe;

1 Thessalonians 2:12

12 that ye should walk worthily of God, Who is calling you into His own Kingdom and glory. 13 And, for this reason, we also give thanks to God without ceasing, that, having received the word of God which ye heard from us, ye received it, not as the word of men, but, as it truly is, the word of God, which also is working in you who believe.

1 Thessalonians 2:13

13 And, for this reason, we also give thanks to God without ceasing, that, having received the word of God which ye heard from us, ye received it, not as the word of men, but, as it truly is, the word of God, which also is working in you who believe. 14 For ye, brethren, became imitators of the assemblies of God, that are in Judaea in Christ Jesus; because ye suffered the same things from your own countrymen, as they also did from the Jews;

1 Thessalonians 2:17-20

17 But we, brethren, having been bereft of you for a short season, in presence, not in heart, endeavored the more exceedingly to see your face, with great desire. 18 Because we wished to come to you, even I, Paul, both once and again; and Satan hindered us.

1 Thessalonians 2:18-20

18 Because we wished to come to you, even I, Paul, both once and again; and Satan hindered us. 19 For what is our hope, or joy, or crown of glorying? Are not even ye, in the presence of our Lord Jesus at His coming? 20 For ye are our glory and joy.

1 Thessalonians 3:2

2 and sent Timothy, our brother and minister of God in the Gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to exhort you concerning your faith;

1 Thessalonians 3:7-10

7 for this reason, brethren, we were comforted over you, in all our tribulation and distress, through your faith; 8 because now we live, if ye stand fast in the Lord. 9 For what thanksgiving can we render again to God concerning you for all the joy wherewith we rejoice on your account before our God; 10 night and day praying exceedingly that we may see your face, and perfect the deficiencies in your faith?

1 Thessalonians 3:10-11

10 night and day praying exceedingly that we may see your face, and perfect the deficiencies in your faith?

1 Thessalonians 3:10-10

10 night and day praying exceedingly that we may see your face, and perfect the deficiencies in your faith? 11 Now may our God and Father Himself, and our Lord Jesus, direct our way to you;

1 Thessalonians 3:11-11

11 Now may our God and Father Himself, and our Lord Jesus, direct our way to you; 12 and may the Lord make you increase and abound in love toward one another, and toward all, as we also do toward you, 13 to the end that He may establish your hearts unblamable in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints.

1 Thessalonians 3:13

13 to the end that He may establish your hearts unblamable in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints.

1 Thessalonians 4:4

4 that each one of you know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor; 5 not in passion of desire, even as the gentiles, who know not God;

1 Thessalonians 4:7

7 For God did not call us unto uncleanness, but in sanctification.

1 Thessalonians 4:13

13 But we do not wish you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those falling asleep, that ye sorrow not even as the rest who have no hope;

1 Thessalonians 5:17

17 pray without ceasing.

1 Thessalonians 5:28-2 Thessalonians 1:2

28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

2 Thessalonians 1:8

8 awarding vengeance to those who know not God, and to those who obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus;

2 Thessalonians 2:4

4 he that opposes himself against, and exalts himself above, all that is called God, or that is worshiped; so that he sits in the temple of God, exhibiting himself as God.

2 Thessalonians 2:7

7 for the mystery of lawlessness is already working: only He Who hindereth will hinder, until He is taken out of the midst.

2 Thessalonians 2:10

10 and in all deceit of unrighteousness to those who perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

2 Thessalonians 2:10-12

10 and in all deceit of unrighteousness to those who perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And, for this cause, God sendeth them a working of delusion, that they may believe the lie; 12 that they all may be judged, who believe not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness. 13 But we ought to give thanks to God always for you, brethren, beloved by the Lord; because God, from the beginning, chose you to salvation, in sanctification of the Spirit and belief of truth; 14 unto which He called you through our Gospel, to an obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 2:14

14 unto which He called you through our Gospel, to an obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

16 Now our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, and God our Father Who loved us and gave us eternal consolation and good hope in grace. 17 comfort your hearts, and establish, you in every good work and word.

2 Thessalonians 2:17

17 comfort your hearts, and establish, you in every good work and word.

2 Thessalonians 3:3

3 But the Lord is faithful, Who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one.

2 Thessalonians 3:16

16 Now the Lord of peace Himself give you peace always, in every way. The Lord be with you all.

2 Thessalonians 3:18

18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.

1 Timothy 1:1

1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus according to a command of God our Savior and Christ Jesus our Hope, 2 to Timothy, a true child in faith: grace, mercy, peace, from God our Father, and Jesus Christ our Lord.

1 Timothy 1:10

10 for fornicators, for sodomites, for man-stealers, for liars, for false swearers; and whatever else is contrary to healthful teaching; 11 according to the Gospel of the glory of the Blessed God, with which I was entrusted.

1 Timothy 1:11

11 according to the Gospel of the glory of the Blessed God, with which I was entrusted. 12 I have thanks for Him Who empowered me, Christ Jesus our Lord, because He accounted me faithful, putting me into His service,

1 Timothy 1:15-16

15 Faithful is the saying, and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief; 16 but for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me, as chief, Christ Jesus might show forth all His longsuffering for an example to those about to believe on Him unto eternal life. 17 Now to the King of the ages, incorruptible, invisible, only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

1 Timothy 2:7

7 whereunto I was appointed a preacher and an apostle (I speak truth, I lie not), a teacher of gentiles in faith and truth.

1 Timothy 3:16

16 And, confessedly, great is the mystery of godliness; God was manifested in flesh, was justified in the Spirit, was seen by angels, preached among the gentiles, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.

1 Timothy 4:1-2

1 But the Spirit expressly saith, that in later times, some will fall away from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and to teachings of demons, 2 in hypocrisy of men speaking lies, branded in their own conscience with a hot iron;

1 Timothy 6:2

2 And let those having believing masters not despise them, because they are brethren; but let them serve them the more, because they are faithful and beloved, who are partakers of the benefit. These things teach and exhort.

1 Timothy 6:16

16 Who only hath immortality, inhabiting light unapproachable, Whom no man ever saw or is able to see; to Whom be honor and dominion eternal. Amen.

2 Timothy 1:2

2 to Timothy, a beloved child: grace, mercy, peace, from God the Father, and Christ Jesus our Lord. 3 I thank God, Whom I serve from my forefathers, in a pure conscience, that I have an unceasing remembrance of you in my supplications night and day; 4 longing to see you, remembering your tears, that I may be filled with joy;

2 Timothy 1:8

8 Be not ashamed, therefore, of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner; but suffer hardship with me for the Gospel, according to the power of God, 9 Who saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose, and grace which was given us in Christ Jesus before eternal ages,

2 Timothy 1:11

11 for which I was appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher. 12 For which cause I am suffering also these things; but I am not ashamed; for I know Whom I have believed, and have become persuaded that He is able to guard my deposit unto that day.

2 Timothy 1:16

16 The Lord give mercy to the house of Onesiphorus; because he ofttimes refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain;

2 Timothy 2:8

8 Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, of the seed of David, according to my Gospel;

2 Timothy 2:10

10 Therefore, I suffer all things for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.

2 Timothy 2:20-22

20 But, in a great house, there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some, indeed, unto honor and some unto dishonor. 21 If, therefore, one fully purify himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honor, sanctified, serviceable to the Master, prepared for every good work. 22 But flee youthful desires; and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those calling upon the Lord out of a pure heart.

2 Timothy 3:2

2 for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, 3 without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, intemperate, fierce, no lovers of good, 4 traitors, reckless, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God;

2 Timothy 3:8

8 And as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so also do these withstand the truth; men utterly corrupted in mind, disapproved concerning the faith.

2 Timothy 4:17

17 The Lord stood by me, and strengthened me, that through me the proclamation might be fully announced, and that all the gentiles might hear; and I was delivered out of the mouth of a lion.

2 Timothy 4:22

22 The Lord be with your spirit. Grace be with you.

Titus 1:1

1 Paul, a slave of God, and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God's elect, and the full knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness, 2 upon hope of eternal life which God, Who cannot lie, promised before eternal times,

Titus 1:4

4 to Titus, a true child according to the common faith: grace and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Savior.

Titus 1:16

16 They profess to know God; but by their works they deny Him; being abominable, and disobedient, and for every good work worthless.

Titus 3:3

3 For we also were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving manifold desires and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.

Philemon 1:3

3 grace to you, and peace, from God our Father and Lord Jesus Christ. 4 I give thanks to my God always, making mention of you in my prayers,

Philemon 1:8

8 Wherefore, though having much boldness in Christ to enjoin upon you that which is becoming,

Philemon 1:22

22 But, at the same time, prepare also a lodging for me; for I hope that, through your prayers, I shall be given to you.

Philemon 1:25

25 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.

Hebrews 3:1

1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of a Heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Jesus,

Hebrews 4:12

12 For the word of God is living, and effectual, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to a dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Hebrews 5:4

4 And no one takes the honor to himself, but, when called by God, as was also Aaron. 5 Thus Christ also glorified not Himself to become a high priest, but He Who spake to Him, "Thou art My Son, this day have I begotten Thee"; 6 as also, in another place, He saith, "Thou art a Priest forever according to the rank of Melchizedek";

Hebrews 5:9

9 and, having been made perfect, He became the Author of eternal life to all who obey Him;

Hebrews 7:26

26 For such a High Priest was befitting us, holy, harmless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

Hebrews 9:14

14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, Who through the Eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Hebrews 10:38

38 "But My righteous one shall live by faith, and, if he draw back, My soul has no pleasure in him."

Hebrews 11:6-7

6 And, apart from faith, it is impossible to please Him; for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He becomes a rewarder to those who seek after Him. 7 By faith Noah, being divinely instructed concerning things not yet seen, moved with fear, prepared an ark for the saving of his house; through which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.

Hebrews 11:27

27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured, as seeing Him Who is invisible.

Hebrews 13:9

9 Be not carried away by manifold and strange teachings; for it is good that the heart be established with grace, not with foods, in which those who occupied themselves were not profited.

Hebrews 13:15

15 Through Him, therefore, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually; that is, the fruit of our lips making confession to His name.

Hebrews 13:19

19 And I the more earnestly exhort you to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.

James 1:1

1 James, a slave of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes who are in the Dispersion, greeting.

James 3:5

5 So also the tongue is a little member, and boasts great things. Behold, how small a fire kindles how great a forest!

James 3:17-18

17 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, mild, compliant, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, without hypocrisy. 18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those making peace.

James 4:15

15 instead of your saying, "If the Lord will, we shall both live, and do this or that." 16 But now ye are glorying in your boastings! all such glorying is evil.

1 Peter 1:1-2

1 Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ to the sojourners of the Dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia, 2 elect according to the fore-knowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: grace to you, and peace be multiplied.

1 Peter 1:11

11 searching as to what time or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ Who was in them was pointing to, when testifying beforehand the sufferings destined for Christ, and the subsequent glories;

1 Peter 1:15

15 but, according as He Who called you is holy, do ye yourselves become holy in all your conduct;

1 Peter 1:18

18 knowing that, not with perishable things, with silver or gold, were ye redeemed from your vain course of life handed down from your fathers;

1 Peter 2:5

5 ye yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

1 Peter 2:9-10

9 But ye are "an elect race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation," a people for a possession, that ye may show forth the excellencies of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

1 Peter 2:9

9 But ye are "an elect race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation," a people for a possession, that ye may show forth the excellencies of Him Who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 10 who once were not a people, but are now God's people; who had not obtained mercy, but now have obtained mercy.

1 Peter 2:21

21 For to this were ye called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, that ye should follow His steps;

1 Peter 4:3

3 For the time past is sufficient to have wrought the will of the gentiles, having walked in wantonness, lusts, wine-bibbings, revelings, carousings, and impious idolatries;

1 Peter 4:11

11 if anyone speaks, as uttering the oracles of God; if anyone ministers, ministering as of the strength which God supplieth; that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ; to Whom is the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

1 Peter 4:16

16 but, if one suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this name.

1 Peter 5:10

10 And the God of all grace, Who called you into His everlasting glory in Christ, after ye have suffered a little while, will Himself perfect, confirm, strengthen, settle you.

1 Peter 5:12

12 Through Sylvanus, our faithful brother, as I consider him, I wrote to you briefly, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God; within which stand ye.

2 Peter 1:1

1 Simon Peter, a slave and apostle of Jesus Christ, to those who obtained an equally precious faith with us, in the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: 2 grace to you, and peace be multiplied in a full knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; 3 since His divine power has given to us all things pertaining to life and godliness, through the full knowledge of Him Who called us through His glory and virtue;

2 Peter 1:10

10 Wherefore, brethren, give the more diligence to make your calling and election sure; for, if ye do these things, ye shall in nowise ever stumble;

2 Peter 1:12

12 Wherefore, I shall be always ready to remind you of these things, though ye know them, and have become confirmed in the present truth.

2 Peter 1:21

21 for prophecy was never brought by the will of man, but men spake from God, being moved by the Holy Spirit.

2 Peter 2:18

18 For, uttering great swelling words of vanity, they entice, in desires of the flesh, by their lasciviousness, those just escaping from those who live in error;

2 Peter 3:5

5 For this escapes them willingly, that there were heavens of old, and an earth set together out of water, and through water, by the word of God:

2 Peter 3:17-18

17 Ye, therefore, beloved, knowing these things beforehand, be on your guard, lest, being carried away with error of the wicked, ye fall from your own steadfastness. 18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever.

1 John 1:3

3 that which we have seen and heard we declare to you also, that ye also may have fellow-ship with us; and our fellowship also is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ.

1 John 2:15-16

15 Love not the world, nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him; 16 because all that is in the world—the desire of the flesh, the desire of the eyes, and the vain-glory of life—is not of the Father, but is of the world.

1 John 3:1

1 Behold what manner of love the Father hath given to us, that we should be called children of God; and such we are. For this cause the world knows us not, because it knew Him not.

1 John 3:8

8 He that commits sin is of the Devil; because the Devil sins from the beginning. To this end was the Son of God manifested, that He might destroy the works of the Devil.

1 John 3:23

23 And this is the commandment, that we should believe in the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

1 John 4:2-3

2 In this ye know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ hath come in flesh is of God; 3 and every spirit that confesses not Jesus is not of God; and this is the spirit of the Anti-Christ, of which ye have heard that it is coming, and now it is in the world already.

1 John 4:9-10

9 In this was manifested the love of God in us, that God hath sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we may live through Him. 10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son, to be a propitiation for our sins.

1 John 4:15

15 Whosoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abideth in Him, and he in God.

1 John 5:1

1 Every one who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been begotten of God; and every one who loves Him Who begat loves him also that has been begotten of Him.

1 John 5:5

5 And who is he that overcomes the world, but he that believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

1 John 5:9-12

9 If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater; because this is the testimony of God, that He hath testified concerning His Son. 10 He that believes on the Son of God has the witness in himself; he that believes not God has made Him a liar; because he has not believed in the testimony that God testified concerning His Son.

1 John 5:10-12

10 He that believes on the Son of God has the witness in himself; he that believes not God has made Him a liar; because he has not believed in the testimony that God testified concerning His Son. 11 And this is the testimony, that God gave to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

1 John 5:11-12

11 And this is the testimony, that God gave to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. 12 He that has the Son has the life; he that has not the Son of God has not the life.

1 John 5:12-12

12 He that has the Son has the life; he that has not the Son of God has not the life. 13 These things I wrote to you who believe on the name of the Son of God, that ye may know that ye have eternal life.

1 John 5:20

20 And we know that the Son of God hath come, and hath given us understanding, that we may know the True One: and we are in the True One—in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the True God, and eternal life.

2 John 1:3

3 Grace, mercy, peace, shall be with us from God the Father, and from Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. 4 I rejoiced exceedingly, because I have found some of your children walking in truth, even as we received commandment from the Father.

2 John 1:7

7 Because many deceivers went out into the world, who confess not Jesus Christ as coming in flesh. This is the deceiver and the Anti-Christ.

3 John 1:3-4

3 For I rejoiced exceedingly, when brethren came and testified to your truth, even as you walk in truth. 4 I have no greater joy than this, to hear of my children walking in the truth.

Jude 1:1

1 Jude, a slave of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to the called, beloved in God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ:

Jude 1:1-2

1 Jude, a slave of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to the called, beloved in God the Father, and kept for Jesus Christ: 2 mercy, and peace, and love, be multiplied to you. 3 Beloved, while giving all diligence to write to you of the common salvation, I was constrained to write to you, exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith once for all delivered to the saints.

Jude 1:7

7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them, having in like manner with these given themselves over to fornication, and going away after other flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.

Jude 1:10

10 But these rail at such things as they know not; and what they understand naturally, as the irrational animals, in these things they are corrupted.

To Him Who loveth, and loosed us from our sins in His own blood,
