¹⁴ Pursue peace with all, and the holiness without which no one shall see the Lord;

¹⁸ if it be possible, so far as it depends on you, being at peace with all men;

¹⁹ So, then, let us follow after the things productive of peace, and the things that tend to mutual edification.

¹⁰ Now I beseech you, brethren, through the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfected in the same mind, and in the same judgment.

¹² for now we see through a mirror, obscurely; but then, face to face; now I know in part, but then I shall fully know, even as I also was fully known.

¹⁷ Wherefore, "Come ye out from among them, and be ye separate," saith the Lord, "and touch no unclean thing, and I will receive you;

¹ Having, therefore, these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

²¹ Is the law, then, against the promises of God? It could not be! For, if a law had been given, which was able to make alive, truly righteousness would have been by law;

²² But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith, ²³ meekness, continence; against such there is no law.

¹ I, therefore, the prisoner in the Lord exhort you to walk worthily of the calling with which ye were called, ² with all humility and meekness, with long-suffering, bearing with one another in love; ³ earnestly endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. ⁴ There is one body, and one Spirit, even as also ye were called in one hope of your calling; ⁵ one Lord, one faith, one immersion, ⁶ one God and Father of all, Who is over all, and through all, and in all. ⁷ But to each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. ⁸ Wherefore, He saith, "Having ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men."

⁵ For this ye know, assuredly, that no fornicator, nor unclean person, nor covetous man (who is an idolater), has any inheritance in the Kingdom of Christ and God.

¹² Not that I already obtained, or have already been made perfect; but I am pressing on, if I may lay hold of that for which I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus. ¹³ to the end that He may establish your hearts unblamable in holiness before our God and Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all His saints.

⁷ For God did not call us unto uncleanness, but in sanctification.

¹⁵ See that no one render to any one evil for evil; but always pursue that which is good, toward one another, and toward all.

¹¹ But do you, O man of God, flee these things: but pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, mildness.

²² But flee youthful desires; and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those calling upon the Lord out of a pure heart.

¹⁰ For they, indeed, for a few days were chastening us, according to what seemed good to them; but He for our profit, that we may partake of His holiness.

¹⁷ But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, mild, compliant, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, without hypocrisy. ¹⁸ And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those making peace.

¹⁵ but, according as He Who called you is holy, do ye yourselves become holy in all your conduct; ¹⁶ because it has been written, "Ye shall be holy, because I am Holy."

¹¹ and let him turn away from evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and pursue it;

¹³ And who is he that will harm you, if ye become zealous for that which is good?

¹¹ Seeing, therefore, that all these things are thus to be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conduct and godliness,

¹⁸ But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever.

² Beloved, now are we children of God, and never yet was it manifested what we shall be. We know that, if He shall be manifested, we shall be like Him, because we shall see Him as He is. ³ And every one that has this hope on Him purifies himself, even as He is pure.

¹¹ Beloved, do not imitate the evil, but the good. He that does good is of God; the evil-doer has not seen God.

²⁴ And the nations will walk by its light; and the kings of the earth bring their glory into it. ²⁵ And its gates shall in nowise be shut by day (for there will be no night there); ²⁶ and they will bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it. ²⁷ And there shall in nowise enter into it any thing unclean, or he that works abomination and a lie; but only those written in the Lamb's book of life.

³ And there shall be no more curse. And the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it; and His servants will serve Him; ⁴ and they will see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads.

¹¹ He that is unrighteous, let him do unrighteousness still; and he that is filthy, let him be made filthy still; and he that is righteous, let him do righteousness still; and he that is holy, let him be made holy still. ¹² "Behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to render to each one according as his work is. ¹³ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. ¹⁴ Happy are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city. ¹⁵ Without are the dogs and the sorcerers, and the fornicators, and the murderers, and the idolaters, and every one loving and acting a lie.
