⁴ And I saw thrones, and they satupon them, and judgment was given unto them: and the souls of them that had been conquered in war, for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the wild beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon [their] forehead, and in their Hand; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

¹⁰ And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes, that Elias must first come? ¹¹ And he answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall come, [and] shall restore all things: ¹² But I say you, that Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they wished. ¹³ Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist: Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.

²⁸ And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto you, that ye which have followed me: In the regeneration, when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall your selves sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

¹⁰ And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.

¹⁶ But when Herod heard, he said, It is he whom I beheaded, He is risen from the dead.

²⁷ But immediately he sent an executioner, and commanded his head to be brought: and he went and beheaded him in the prison,

¹¹ And they asked him, saying, Why say the scribes, Elias must first come?

¹⁷ And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

⁷ Now Herod the tetrarch having heard what was done, he was perplexed, because it was said of some, that John was risen from the dead: ⁸ And of some, that Elias had appeared: [and] of others, that one of the old prophets was risen again. ⁹ And Herod said, John have I beheaded; But who is this of whom I hear these things? And he desired to see him.

³⁰ That ye may eat and drink at my table in the kingdom, and sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

¹⁹ Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more: but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.

¹⁷ And if children, then fellow heirs; heirs of God, and fellow heirs with Christ: if so be that we suffer with [him], that we may be also glorified together.

¹⁵ For if the casting away of them [be] the reconciling of the world; what [shall] the receiving [be], but life from the dead?

² Or do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? ³ Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

¹² If we suffer, we shall also reign with [him]: if we deny [him], he also will deny us;

⁹ I John, who am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience in Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, [for] the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus

²¹ To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.

⁹ And they sing a new song, saying, That thou art worthy to take the book, and to [open] the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed [them] to God by thy blood, out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; ¹⁰ And hast made them a kingdom and priest: and they shall reign on the earth.

⁹ And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and the testimony which they held.

³ And I will give unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred threescore days clothed in sackcloth.

⁷ And when they shall be near finishing their testimony, the fourth wild beast that ascendeth out of the abysse shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

¹¹ And after three days and an half, the Spirit of life from God entred into them: and they stood upon their feet, and great fear fell upon them who few them.

¹⁵ And the seventh angel sounded, and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdom of this world is become the kingdom of our Lord, and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever.

¹¹ And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

¹² And he exerciseth all the power of the first wild beast before him, and causeth the earth, and them who dwell therein, to worship the first wild beast, whose deadly wound was healed. ¹³ And he doeth great wonders, sothat he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth, in the fight of men, ¹⁴ And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth, by those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the wild beast, saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the wild beast who had the wound by a sword, and did live. ¹⁵ And he had power to give life unto the image of the wild beast, that the image of the wild beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the wild beast, should be killed. ¹⁶ And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, that he may give them a mark in their right hand, or in the forehead: ¹⁷ And that no man might buy or sell save he that had the mark, the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

¹¹ And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever and they have no rest day nor night, who worshipped the wild beast, and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

² And I saw asit were a sea of glass, mingled with fire; and them that had gotten the victory over the wild beast, and over his image, [and] over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

⁸ The wild beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the abyss, and goes into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and shall come,

⁶ Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection; on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God, and of Christ, and they reign with him a thousand years.

⁵ And there shall be no night any more, and they shall not have need of the light of a candle, and the light of the sun; for the Lord God will give them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.
