⁵¹ And it came to pass while he blessed them, he was parted from them.

¹⁹ So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

¹⁷ Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not: for I have not yet ascended to the Father: Go therefore to the brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father and your Father, and my God and your God.

⁹ Add when he had spoken these things, a cloud received him, and he was taken out of their sight.

⁸ Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led a captivity captive, [and] gave gifts unto men. ⁹ Now that he ascended, what is it but that he also descended into the lower parts of the earth? ¹⁰ He that descended, is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.
