¹⁷ come down to take any thing out of his house:

²⁵ Ye cannot serve God and Mammon. Therefore I say unto you, Take not thought for your life, what ye shall eat, nor for the body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

²⁷ What I tell you in darkness, speak ye in the light; and what ye hear in the ear, proclaim on the house-tops.

¹⁵ And let not him that is on the house-top go down into the house, neither enter in, to take any thing out of his house. ¹⁶ And let not him that is in the field, turn back to take up his garment.

¹⁹ And not finding by what way they might bring him in thro' the multitude, they went upon the house, and let him down thro' the tiling with his couch into the midst, before Jesus.

³ So that whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness, shall be heard in the light, and what ye have whispered in closets shall be proclaimed on the house-tops.

³¹ In that day, he that shall be on the house-top and his goods in the house, let him not go down to take them away: and he that is in the field, let him likewise not return back. ³² Remember Lot's wife. Whosoever shall seek to save his life, ³³ shall lose it, and whosoever shall lose his life, shall preserve it.
