³⁶ Then Jesus having sent the multitude away, went into the house: and his disciples came to him, saying, Declare to us the parable of the darnel of the field.

³⁴ But without a parable spake he not to them: and in private he expounded all things to his disciples.

¹⁷ And when he was come from the multitude into the house, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.
