³ Let not him that eateth, despise him that eateth not; and let not him who eateth not, judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.

¹⁰ For who hath despised the day of small things? for they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven; they are the eyes of the LORD, which run to and fro through the whole earth.

²¹ It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing by which thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak.

¹¹ And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died? ¹² But when ye thus sin against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ. ¹³ Wherefore, if food maketh my brother to fall into sin, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to fall into sin.

²⁹ Conscience, I say, not thy own, but of the other: for why is my liberty judged by another man's conscience? ³⁰ For if I by grace am a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?

¹⁶ Let no man therefore judge you in food, or in drink, or in respect of a holy-day, or or the new-moon, or of the sabbaths: ¹⁷ Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
