²² And he said to his disciples, Therefore I say to you, Be not anxious for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.

²⁵ Therefore I say to you, Be not anxious for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than food, and the body than raiment? ²⁶ Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Sufficient to the day is its own evil.

²⁹ And seek ye not what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.

³² But I would have you without anxious care. He that is unmarried, is anxious for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord:

⁶ Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

⁵ Let your manner of life be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
