²⁹ We know that God spoke to Moses: as for this man, we know not whence he is.

² And they said, Hath the LORD indeed spoke only by Moses? hath he not spoke also by us? And the LORD heard it. ³ (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men who were upon the face of the earth.) ⁴ And the LORD spoke suddenly to Moses, and to Aaron, and to Miriam, Come out ye three to the tabernacle of the congregation. ²² Having therefore obtained help from God, I continue to this day, testifying both to small and great, saying no other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:

² Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house. ³ For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath built the house, hath more honor than the house. ⁴ For every house is built by some man; but he that built all things is God. ⁵ And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were afterwards to be spoken.
