²⁵ “Most assuredly I say to you that a time is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God, and those who listen will live.

⁶⁰ Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the Kingdom of God”.

²⁴ because this son of mine was dead and came to life; he was lost and is found!’ So they began to celebrate.

³² But it was right that we celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and came to life; he was lost and is found.’”

²¹ Jesus says to her: “Woman, believe me, a time is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father.

²³ But the time is coming, in fact now is, when the genuine worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth. Really, because the Father is looking for such people to worship Him.

²¹ Now just as the Father raises the dead and gives life, just so the Son also gives life to whom He wishes.

²⁸ Do not marvel at this, because a time is coming in which all those in the graves will hear His voice

⁴³ Why don’t you understand what I say?—because you are not able to really hear my word.

⁴⁷ The one who is of God hears God’s words; that’s why you do not hear, because you are not of God.”

¹ Now before the Feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world He loved them to the end.
