²⁰ Daniel answered, “Blessed be the name of God forever and ever; for wisdom and might are his.

²⁰ Blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand.” Abram gave him a tenth of all.

⁵⁶ “Blessed be Yahweh, who has given rest to his people Israel, according to all that he promised. There has not failed one word of all his good promise, which he promised by Moses his servant.

¹⁰ Therefore David blessed Yahweh before all the assembly; and David said, “You are blessed, Yahweh, the God of Israel our father, forever and ever. ¹¹ Yours, Yahweh, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty! ²⁰ Then David said to all the assembly, “Now bless Yahweh your God!” All the assembly blessed Yahweh, the God of their fathers, and bowed down their heads and prostrated themselves before Yahweh and the king.

²¹ When he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to Yahweh, and give praise in holy array, as they go out before the army, and say, “Give thanks to Yahweh; for his loving kindness endures forever.”

¹³ “With God is wisdom and might. He has counsel and understanding.

¹⁶ With him is strength and wisdom. The deceived and the deceiver are his. ¹⁷ He leads counselors away stripped. He makes judges fools. ¹⁸ He loosens the bond of kings. He binds their waist with a belt. ¹⁹ He leads priests away stripped, and overthrows the mighty. ²⁰ He removes the speech of those who are trusted, and takes away the understanding of the elders. ²¹ He pours contempt on princes, and loosens the belt of the strong. ²² He uncovers deep things out of darkness, and brings out to light the shadow of death.

¹³ Blessed be Yahweh, the God of Israel, from everlasting and to everlasting! Amen and amen.

²³ Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”

¹¹ God has spoken once; twice I have heard this, that power belongs to God.

¹⁸ Praise be to Yahweh God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds. ¹⁹ Blessed be his glorious name forever! Let the whole earth be filled with his glory! Amen and amen.

¹ By David. Praise Yahweh, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name! ² Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits,

² Blessed be Yahweh’s name, from this time forward and forever more.

¹⁸ but we will bless Yah, from this time forward and forever more. Praise Yah!

¹ A praise psalm by David. I will exalt you, my God, the King. I will praise your name forever and ever. ² Every day I will praise you. I will extol your name forever and ever.

⁵ Great is our Lord, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite.

¹⁴ Counsel and sound knowledge are mine. I have understanding and power.

¹⁹ great in counsel, and mighty in work; whose eyes are open to all the ways of the children of men, to give everyone according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings;

²¹ He changes the times and the seasons. He removes kings, and sets up kings. He gives wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to those who have understanding. ²² He reveals the deep and secret things. He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him. ²³ I thank you, and praise you, you God of my fathers, who have given me wisdom and might, and have now made known to me what we desired of you; for you have made known to us the king’s matter.”

¹³ Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.’

²⁴ Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy,

¹² saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing!”
