²² Arise, God! Plead your own cause. Remember how the foolish man mocks you all day.

¹⁹ Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the nations be judged in your sight. ²⁰ Put them in fear, O LORD, let the nations know they are but men. Selah.

¹⁸ Remember this, that the enemy has mocked you, LORD. Foolish people have blasphemed your name.

⁴ I said to the arrogant, "Do not boast." I said to the wicked, "Do not lift up the horn. ⁵ Do not lift up your horn on high; do not speak with a stiff neck.

⁹ Help us, God of our salvation, for the glory of your name. Deliver us, and forgive our sins, for your name's sake. ¹⁰ Why should the nations say, Where is their Elohim? Let it be made known among the nations before our eyes:Vengeance for the shed blood of Your servants."

⁵⁰ Remember, Lord, the reproach of your servants, how I bear in my heart the taunts of all the mighty peoples, ⁵¹ With which your enemies have mocked, LORD, with which they have mocked the footsteps of your anointed one.

⁵ "What do I have here?" Declares the LORD. "For my people have been taken away for nothing. Those who rule them mock," declares the LORD. "And all day long my name is constantly blasphemed.
