They heard the voice but did not see anyone. 8 Saul got up from the ground, but when he opened his eyes he could not see a thing. So they led him by the hand into Damascus.

Acts 22:5-11

5 as the high priest and the whole Council can testify about me. So my companions took me by the hand and led me to Damascus.

Acts 26:10

10 And that is what I did in Jerusalem. With authority from the chief priests I put many of the saints in prison, and when they were condemned to death, I cast my vote against them.
