31 As Jehu entered in at the gate, she said, "Do you come in peace, Zimri, you murderer of your master?"

1 Kings 16:9-20

9 And his servant Zimri, commander of half his chariots, plotted against him; and he was in Tirzah drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza the steward of his house in Tirzah. 10 Zimri came and struck him down and killed him in the twenty-seventh year of Asa king of Judah and became king in his place. 11 It happened, when he began to reign, as soon as he sat on his throne, that he struck all the house of Baasha: he didn't leave him a single male, neither of his relatives, nor of his friends. 12 And Zimri destroyed all the house of Baasha, according to the word of the LORD, which he spoke against Baasha through Jehu the prophet, 13 because of all the sins that Baasha and his son Elah had committed and because of what they did to lead Israel into sin, thus provoking the LORD God of Israel to anger with their idolatry. 14 Now the rest of the acts of Elah, and all that he did, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel? 15 In the twentieth and seventh year of Asa king of Judah, Zimri reigned in Tizrah seven days. And the camp of Israel was upon Gibbethon the city of the Philistines. 16 The Israelites in the camp heard it said: "Zimri plotted against the king and killed him." So all Israel made Omri, the captain of the army, king that day there in the camp. 17 So Omri, and all Israel with him, went up from Gibbethon,—and laid siege against Tirzah. 18 And when Zambri saw that the city was taken, he went into a cellar of the king's house and set the house on fire over him. So he died 19 for his sins that he sinned, to do the evil in the eyes of the LORD, to walk in the way of Jeroboam, and in his sin that he did, to cause Israel to sin. 20 Now the rest of the acts of Zimri, and his treason that he wrought, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?
