¹⁵ Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!

⁸ Give thanks to the LORD. Call on his name. Make known among the nations what he has done.

³⁵ And say, O save us, God of our salvation; and gather us, and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise.

⁴ Sing praise to the LORD, you saints of his. Give thanks to his holy name.

¹¹ You will be enriched in everything, so you can be generous, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.

¹⁷ Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, with whom there is no change or shifting shadow.

⁹ This is how God’s love was revealed among us: God sent His one and only Son into the world, so that we might live through Him. ¹⁰ In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.

¹¹ And this is that testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. ¹² He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.
