³ But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, All of you shall not eat of it, neither shall all of you touch it, lest all of you die.

¹⁶ And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat: ¹⁷ But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat of it: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die.

⁶ And God said unto him in a dream, Yea, I know that you did this in the integrity of your heart; for I also withheld you from sinning against me: therefore suffered I you not to touch her.

¹² And you shall set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that all of you go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever touches the mount shall be surely put to death: ¹³ There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet sounds long, they shall come up to the mount.

²² Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

¹¹ But put forth your hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will curse you to your face.

⁵ But put forth your hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse you to your face.

²¹ Have pity upon me, have pity upon me, O all of you my friends; for the hand of God has touched me.
