² Every braunche that beareth not frute in me he will take awaye. And every braunche that beareth frute will he pourge yt it maye bringe moare frute.

¹⁰ Euenowe is ye axe put vnto ye rote of ye trees: soo that every tree which bringeth not forthe goode frute is hewe doune and cast into ye fyre.

¹² which hath also his fan in his hod and will pourge his floure and gadre ye wheet into his garner and will burne ye chaffe with vnquecheable fyre

¹² For whosoever hath to him shall be geven: and he shall have aboundance. But whosoever hath not: fro hym shalbe takyn awaye even that he hath.

³³ Another similitude sayde he to them. The kyngdome of heven is lyke vnto leve which a woman taketh and hydeth in .iii. peckes of meele tyll all be levended.

¹³ He answered and sayde: all plantes which my hevely father hath not planted shalbe plucked vp by the rotes.

¹⁹ and spyed a fygge trre in the waye and came to it and founde nothinge theron but leves only and sayd to it never frute growe on the hence forwardes. And ano the fygge tree wyddered awaye.

¹³ They on the stonnes are they which when they heare receave the worde with ioye. But these have noo rootes which for a whyle beleve and in tyme of temtacio goo awaye.

⁷ Then sayde he to ye dresser of his vyneyarde: Beholde this thre yeare have I come and sought frute in this fygge tree and fynde none: cut it doune: why combreth it the grounde? ⁸ And he answered and sayde vnto him: lorde let it alone this yeare also till I digge rounde aboute it and doge it to se ⁹ whether it will beare frute: and if it beare not then after yt cut it doune

⁸ Heare in is my father glorified that ye beare moche frute and be made my disciples.

¹⁶ Ye have not chosen me but I have chosen you and ordeyned you that ye go and bringe forthe frute and that youre frute remayne that whatsoever ye shall axe of the father in my name he shulde geve it you.

¹² Whyll I was with the in ye worlde I kepte the in thy name. Those yt thou gavest me have I kepte and none of the is lost but that lost chylde that the scripture myght be fulfilled.

³ Nether do we so only: but also we reioyce in tribulacion. For we know that tribulacion bringeth pacience ⁴ pacience bringeth experience experience bringeth hope. ⁵ And hope maketh not ashamed for the love of God is sheed abrod in oure hertes by the holy goost which is geven vnto vs.

²⁸ For we knowe that all thinges worke for the best vnto them yt love God which also are called of purpose.

¹ Though I spake with the tonges of me and angels and yet had no love I were eve as soundinge brasse: or as a tynklynge Cymball.

¹⁷ For oure excedinge tribulacion which is momentany and light prepareth an excedinge and an eternall wayght of glorye ¹⁸ vnto vs whill we loke not on the thynges which are sene but on ye thynges which are not sene. For thinges which are sene are temporall: but thynges which are not sene are eternall

²² But ye frute of sprete is loue ioye peace longesufferinge getlenes goodnes faythfulnes ²³ meknes temperancye. Agaynst suche ther is no lawe.

⁹ And this I praye yt youre love maye increace more and more in knowledge and in all fealinge ¹⁰ that ye myght accepte thinges most excellent that ye myght be pure and soche as shuld hurte no manes conscience vntyll the daye of Christ ¹¹ filled with the frutes of rightewesnes which frutes come by Iesus Christ vnto the glory and laude of God.

⁵ for the hopes sake which is layde vp in store for you in heven of which hope ye have herde before by ye true worde of the gospell ⁶ which is come vnto you eve as it is in to all ye worlde and is frutefull as it is amoge you fro the fyrst daye in ye which ye herde of it and had experiece in ye grace of God in the trueth ⁷ as ye learned of Epaphra oure deare felowe servaunt which is for you a faythfull minister of Christ ⁸ which also declared vnto vs youre love which ye have in the sprete. ⁹ For this cause we also sence the daye we herde of it have not ceasyd prayinge for you and desyringe that ye myght be fulfilled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdome and spretuall vnderstodynge ¹⁰ that ye myght walke worthy of the lorde in all thynges that please beynge frutfull in all good workes and encreasynge in ye knowledge of God

²³ The very God of peace sanctifie you thorow out. And I praye God that youre whole sprete soulse and body be kept fautlesse vnto ye comynge of oure Lorde Iesus Christ ²⁴ Faythfull is he which called you: which will also do it.

¹⁴ which gave him silfe for vs to redeme vs from all vnrightewesnes and to pourge vs a peculiar people vnto him silfe fervently geven vnto good workes.

⁷ For that erth which drinketh in the rayne wich cometh ofte vpon it and bringeth forth erbes mete for them that dresse it receaveth blessynge of god. ⁸ But that grounde which beareth thornes and bryars is reproved and is nye vnto cursynge: whose ende is to be burned.

¹⁰ And they verely for a feaue dayes nurtred vs after their awne pleasure: but he learneth vs vnto that which is proffitable that we myght receave of his holines. ¹¹ No manner chastisynge for the present tyme semeth to be ioyeous but greveous: neverthelesse afterwarde it bryngeth the quyet frute of rightewesnes vnto them which are therin exercysed.

¹⁵ And looke to that no man be destitue of the grace of God and that no rote of bitternes springe vp and trouble and therby many be defiled:

¹⁹ They went oute from vs but they were not of vs. For yf they had bene of vs they wolde no dout have continued with vs. But that fortuned that yt myght appere that they were not of vs.

¹⁹ As many as I love I rebuke and chasten. Be fervent therfore and repet.
