² For the law of the spirit of the life in Christ Jesus hath freed me from the law of sin and death;

¹² Restore to me the joy of thy salvation; and support me with a becoming spirit,

¹⁰ Jesus answered and said to her, If thou hadst known the bounty of God, and who it is who saith to thee, Give me to drink, thou wouldst have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

¹⁴ but whosoever shall drink of the water which I will give him, will never thirst. But the water which I will give him, will be in him a fountain of water springing up for an everlasting life.

⁶³ It is the spirit which giveth life, the flesh profiteth nothing. The words which I speak to you are spirit, they are life.

³⁸ He who believeth in me; as the scripture hath said, Out of his belly will flow streams of living water. ³⁹ Now this he said in reference to the spirit which they who believed in him were to receive; for a holy spirit was not yet received, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

³² and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.

³⁶ If therefore the son shall make you free, you will be free indeed.

²⁷ Where then is this boasting? It is excluded. By what law? By that of works? No; but by a law of belief.

²¹ that as sin had reigned by death, so favour might reign by means' of a justification for everlasting life, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

¹⁴ For sin is not to have dominion over you, as you are not under the law, but under favour.

¹⁸ and being freed from sin, have become servants of righteousness.

²² But being now set free from sin and become servants of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and in the end, everlasting life.

⁴ So you also, my brethren, are become dead to the law by means of the body of the Christ, that you may be for another, who is raised from the dead, that we may bring forth fruit to God.

²¹ I find then this law for me, that when I would do good, evil is close to me.

²⁴ Wretched man that I am! who will deliver me from this deathful body? ²⁵ I thank God that through Jesus Christ our Lord, [do I then myself with the mind serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin?

¹⁰ But if Christ be in you, the body indeed is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive, because of a justification; ¹¹ and if the spirit of him who raised up Jesus from the dead dwelleth in you, he who hath raised up the Christ from the dead will quicken even those dead bodies of yours by his spirit which dwelleth in you.

⁴⁵ Thus also it is written, "The first man Adam was made a living soul." The latter Adam is a quickening spirit.

⁶ who hath qualified us to be ministers of a new covenant; not of letter but of spirit; for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

¹⁷ Now the Lord is the spirit? And where the spirit of the Lord, is, there is liberty; and we all with an unveiled face viewing, as in a mirrour, the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, as from the Lord of spirit.

¹⁹ As for me, I by law died to law, that I may live to God.

¹ therefore stand up for the liberty with which Christ hath made us free, and be not again entangled with a yoke of bondage.

¹¹ And after the three days and a half, a breath of life from God came upon them and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell upon them who beheld them;

¹ Then he shewed me a pure river of the water of life, clear as chrystal, issuing from the throne of God and the lamb;
