⁷ And who, as I, shall call, and shall declare it, and set it in order for Me, since I appointed the ancient people? And the things that are coming, and shall come, let them declare these to them. ⁸ Fear not, neither be afraid: Have I not told you from that time, and have declared it? You are even My witnesses. Is there a God besides Me? Yes, there is no God; I do not know any.

¹⁰ declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, 'My counsel shall stand, and I will do all My pleasure': ¹¹ Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executes My counsel from a far country: Yes, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.

⁵ I have even from the beginning declared it to you; before it came to pass I showed you it: Lest you should say, 'My idol has done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, has commanded them.' ⁶ You have heard, seen all this; and will you not declare it? I have showed you new things from this time, even hidden things, and you did not know them.

¹³ And it shall turn out for you to be a testimony.
