²³ For you shall be in league with the stones of the field: And the wild beasts of the field shall be at peace with you.

⁶ And I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: And I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

¹² They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you dash your foot against a stone. ¹³ You shall tread upon the lion and viper: The young lion and the dragon you shall trample underfoot.

⁶ The wolf shall also dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatted calf together; and a little child shall lead them. ⁷ And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: And the lion shall eat straw like the ox. ⁸ And the sucking child shall play on the hole of the asp, and the weaned child shall put his hand on the cockatrice' den. ⁹ They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain: For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

¹⁵ "If I cause noisome beasts to pass through the land, and they spoil it, so that it is desolate, that no man may pass through because of the beasts: ¹⁶ Though these three men were in it, as I live", said the Lord GOD, "they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; only they shall be delivered, but the land shall be desolate.

²² My God has sent His angel, and has shut the lions' mouths, and they have not hurt me: In as much as innocency was found in me before Him; and also before you, O king, I have done no hurt."

¹⁸ And in that day I will make a covenant for them with the wild beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground: And I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely.

³⁸ For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, ³⁹ nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
