²¹ because having known God they glorified him not as God neither were thankful, but became vain in their reasonings and their ignorant mind was darkened.

¹⁵ And one of them seeing that he was cured, returned, glorifying God with a loud voice, ¹⁶ and fell on his face at his feet and thanked him. ⁹ But you are an elect race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people, that you should declare the virtues of him who called you out of darkness into his glorious light;

⁷ saying with a loud voice, Fear God and give him glory, for the hour of his judgment has come, and worship him that made heaven and the earth and the sea and fountains of waters.

⁴ who shall not fear thee, Lord, and glorify thy name? For thou only art holy, for all the nations shall come and worship before thee, for thy righteous ordinances have been made manifest.
