¹⁷² My tongue, shall respond, with thy word, For, all thy commandments, are righteous.

⁷ and thou shalt impress them upon thy sons, and shalt speak of them,––when thou sittest in thy house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up;

³⁰ The mouth of a righteous man, softly uttereth wisdom, and, his tongue, speaketh justice:

⁹ I have told the good–tidings of righteousness in a great convocation, Lo! my lips, do I not restrain, O Yahweh, thou, knowest: ¹⁰ Thy righteousness, have I not hid in the midst of my heart, Thy faithfulness and thy salvation, have I spoken, I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truthfulness from the great convocation.

⁴ We will not withhold [them] from their children, To a later generation, recounting the praises of Yahweh, Even his might and his wonders which he wrought;

¹³ With my lips, have I recounted All the regulations of thy mouth.

⁴⁶ That I may speak of thy testimonies before kings, and not be ashamed.

⁸⁶ All thy commandments, are faithful, With falsehood, have they persecuted me, O help me!

¹³⁸ Thou hast righteously commanded thy testimonies, Yea in great faithfulness.

¹⁴² Thy righteousness, is righteous to times age–abiding, And, thy law, is truth.

³⁴ Broods of vipers! How can ye speak, good things, being, evil? For, out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. ³⁵ The good man, out of the good treasure, putteth forth, good things; and, the evil man, out of the evil treasure, putteth forth, evil things.

¹² So that, the law, indeed, is holy, and the commandment, holy, and righteous and good.

¹⁴ For we know that, the law, is spiritual,––I, however, am a creature of flesh, sold under sin;

²⁹ Let, no putrid discourse, out of your mouth, be going forth, but if anything is good––suited to the needful upbuilding,––that it may give benefit unto them that hear;

⁶ Your discourse being always with benefit, with salt, seasoned,––that ye may know how it behoveth you, unto each one, to be making answer.
