²² Moses gave you circumcision — not that it is from Moses, but from our fathers — and on the Sabbath you circumcise a person.

⁹ Does this blessedness come to the circumcision, or also to the uncircumcision? For we say, "Faith was credited to Abraham for righteousness." ¹⁰ How was it credited, when he was in circumcision or in uncircumcision?
