¹⁵ and having gone on, he joined himself to one of the citizens of that country, and he sent him to the fields to feed swine,

³² and there was there a herd of many swine feeding in the mountain, and they were calling on him, that he might suffer them to enter into these, and he suffered them, ³³ and the demons having gone forth from the man, did enter into the swine, and the herd rushed down the steep to the lake, and were choked. ³⁴ And those feeding them, having seen what was come to pass, fled, and having gone, told it to the city, and to the fields;

¹³ 'And not many days after, having gathered all together, the younger son went abroad to a far country, and there he scattered his substance, living riotously;

²⁴ Therefore also God did give them up, in the desires of their hearts, to uncleanness, to dishonour their bodies among themselves; ²⁵ who did change the truth of God into a falsehood, and did honour and serve the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed to the ages. Amen. ²⁶ Because of this did God give them up to dishonorable affections, for even their females did change the natural use into that against nature;

²² And now, having been freed from the sin, and having become servants to God, you have your fruit -- to sanctification, and the end life age-during;

⁹ have you not known that the unrighteous the reign of God shall not inherit? be not led astray; neither whoremongers, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor sodomites, ¹⁰ nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, the reign of God shall inherit. ¹¹ And certain of you were these! but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were declared righteous, in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God.

² in which once you did walk according to the age of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, of the spirit that is now working in the sons of disobedience, ³ among whom also we all did walk once in the desires of our flesh, doing the wishes\'7bdesires\'7d of the flesh and of the thoughts, and were by nature children of wrath -- as also the others,

¹⁷ This, then, I say, and I testify in the Lord; you are no more to walk, as also the other nations walk, in the vanity of their mind, ¹⁸ being darkened in the understanding, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardness of their heart, ¹⁹ who, having ceased to feel, themselves did give up to the lasciviousness\'7blewdness\'7d, for the working of all uncleanness\'7bimpurity\'7d in greediness;

¹¹ and have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of the darkness and rather even convict\'7bexpose\'7d, ¹² for the things in secret done by them it is a shame even to speak of,

⁵ Put to death, then, your members that are upon the earth -- whoredom, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and the covetousness, which is idolatry -- ⁶ because of which things cometh the anger of God upon the sons of the disobedience, ⁷ in which also you -- you did walk once, when you lived in them;

²⁵ in meekness instructing those opposing -- if perhaps God may give to them repentance to an acknowledging of the truth, ²⁶ and they may awake out of the devil's snare, having been caught by him at his will.

³ for we were once -- also we -- thoughtless, disobedient, led astray, serving desires and pleasures manifold\'7bmany\'7d, in malice and envy living, odious -- hating one another;

²¹ and I did give to her a time that she might reform from her whoredom, and she did not reform; ²² lo, I will cast her into a couch, and those committing adultery with her into great tribulation -- if they may not repent of their works,
