John 5:45 Cross References - RYLT

45 'Do not think that I will accuse you unto the Father; there is who is accusing you, Moses -- in whom you have hoped;

Matthew 19:7-8

7 They say to him, 'Why then did Moses command to give a roll of divorce, and to put her away?' 8 He said to them -- 'Moses for your stiffness of heart did permit you to put away your wives, but from the beginning it has not been so.

John 7:19

19 has not Moses given you the law? and none of you does the law; why me do you seek to kill?'

John 8:5-6

5 and in the law, Moses did command us that such be stoned; you, therefore, what do you say?' 6 and this they said, trying him, that they might have to accuse him. And Jesus, having stooped down, with the finger he was writing on the ground,

John 8:9

9 and they having heard, and by the conscience being convicted, were going forth one by one, having begun from the elders -- unto the last; and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.

John 9:28-29

28 They reviled him, therefore, and said, 'You are his disciple, and we are Moses' disciples; 29 we have known that God has spoken to Moses, but this one -- we have not known whence he is.'

Romans 2:12

12 for as many as without law did sin, without law also shall perish, and as many as did sin in law, through law shall be judged,

Romans 2:17-29

17 Lo, you are named a Jew, and do rest upon the law, and do boast in God, 18 and do know the will, and do approve the distinctions, being instructed out of the law, 19 and have confidence that you yourself are a leader of blind ones, a light of those in darkness, 20 an instructor of foolish ones, a teacher of babes, having the form of the knowledge and of the truth in the law. 21 You, then, who are teaching another, yourself do you not teach? 22 you who are preaching not to steal, do you steal? you who are saying not to commit adultery, do you commit adultery? you who are abhorring the idols, do you rob temples? 23 you who in the law do boast, through the transgression of the law God do you dishonour? 24 for the name of God because of you is evil spoken of among the nations, according as it has been written. 25 For circumcision, indeed, does profit, if law you may practise, but if a transgressor of law you may be, your circumcision has become uncircumcision. 26 If, therefore the uncircumcision the righteousness of the law may keep, shall not his uncircumcision for circumcision be reckoned? 27 and the uncircumcision, by nature, fulfilling the law, shall judge you who, through letter and circumcision, are a transgressor of law. 28 For he is not a Jew who is so outwardly, neither is circumcision that which is outward in flesh; 29 but a Jew is he who is so inwardly, and circumcision is of the heart, in spirit, not in letter, of which the praise is not of men, but of God.

Romans 3:19-20

19 And we have known that as many things as the law says, to those in the law it does speak, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may come under judgment to God; 20 therefore by works of law shall no flesh be declared righteous before Him, for through law is a knowledge of sin.

Romans 7:9-14

9 And I was alive apart from law once, and the command having come, the sin revived, and I died; 10 and the command that is for life, this was found by me for death; 11 for the sin, having received an opportunity, through the command, did deceive me, and through it did slay me; 12 so that the law, indeed, is holy, and the command holy, and righteous, and good. 13 That which is good then, to me has it become death? let it not be! but the sin, that it might appear sin, through the good, working death to me, that the sin might become exceeding sinful through the command, 14 for we have known that the law is spiritual, and I am fleshly, sold by the sin;

Romans 10:5-10

5 for Moses does describe the righteousness that is of the law, that, 'The man who did them shall live in them,' 6 and the righteousness of faith does thus speak: 'You may not say in thine heart, Who shall go up to the heaven,' that is, Christ to bring down? 7 or, 'Who shall go down to the abyss,' that is, Christ out of the dead to bring up. 8 But what does it say? 'Near you is the saying -- in your mouth, and in your heart:' that is, the saying of the faith, that we preach; 9 that if you may confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and may believe in your heart that God did raise him out of the dead, you shall be saved, 10 for with the heart does one believe to righteousness, and with the mouth is confession made to salvation;

2 Corinthians 3:7-11

7 and if the ministration of the death, in letters, engraved in stones, came in glory, so that the sons of Israel were not able to look stedfastly to the face of Moses, because of the glory of his face -- which was being made useless, 8 how shall the ministration of the Spirit not be more in glory? 9 for if the ministration of the condemnation is glory, much more does the ministration of the righteousness abound in glory; 10 for also even that which has been glorious, has not been glorious -- in this respect, because of the superior glory; 11 for if that which is being made useless is through glory, much more that which is remaining is in glory.

Galatians 3:10

10 for as many as are of works of law are under a curse, for it has been written, 'Cursed is every one who is not remaining in all things that have been written in the Book of the Law -- to do them,'
