¹³ because of this we have been comforted in your comfort, and more abundantly the more did we rejoice in the joy of Titus, that his spirit has been refreshed from you all;

¹⁵ to rejoice with the rejoicing, and to weep with the weeping,

³² that in joy I may come unto you, through the will of God, and may be refreshed with you,

²⁶ and whether one member does suffer, suffer with it do all the members, or one member is glorified, rejoice with it do all the members;

⁵ does not act unseemly, does not seek its own things, is not provoked, does not impute evil, ⁶ rejoices not over the unrighteousness, and rejoices with the truth; ⁷ all things it bears, all it believes, all it hopes, all it endures.

¹³ Watch you, stand in the faith; be men, be strong;

³ and I wrote to you this same thing, that having come, I may not have sorrow from them of whom it behoved me to have joy, having confidence in you all, that my joy is of you all,
