²³ Then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is the Christ, or there; do not believe it.

²¹ And then if any man says to you, Lo, here is the Christ; or, lo, there he is; do not believe him:

²³ And they shall say to you, See here!; or, see there!: do not go not after them, or follow them. ²⁴ For as the lightning flashes in one part of the sky and shines to the other; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.

⁸ And he said, Take heed that you are not deceived: for many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ; and, the time draws near: do not go after them.

⁴³ I have come in my Father's name, and you do not receive me: if another shall come in his own name, him you will receive.
