¹⁴ Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord.

⁸ Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. ⁹ Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called sons of God.

⁵⁰ Salt is good: but if the salt has lost its saltiness, with what will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.

⁷⁵ In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our lives.

²² But now, having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you gain the benefit that leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life.

¹⁸ If it is possible, as much as it lies with you, live peaceably with all men.

¹⁹ Therefore, let us follow after the things which make for peace, and things which edify one another.

¹⁰ Now I urge you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all agree, and that there be no divisions among you; but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

¹² For now we see in a mirror dimly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.

¹⁷ Therefore, come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord, and do not touch the unclean thing; and I will welcome you,

¹ Therefore, having these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

²¹ Is the law then against the promises of God? Absolutely not: for if there had been a law given which could impart life, then righteousness truly would have been through the law.

²² But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³ Gentleness, self-control: against such things there is no law.

¹ Therefore I, a prisoner of the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, ² With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love; ³ Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. ⁴ There is one body, and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope in your calling; ⁵ One Lord, one faith, one baptism, ⁶ One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in all. ⁷ But to every one of us grace was given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. ⁸ Therefore it says, When he ascended on high, he led a host of captives, and gave gifts to men.

⁵ For this you know: that no sexually immoral or impure person, or covetous man, (for such a man is an idolater,) has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

¹² Not that I have already attained it, or have already become perfect: but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus laid hold of me. ¹³ So that he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before God our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.

⁷ For God has not called us to impurity, but to holiness.

¹⁵ See that no one repays another with evil for evil; but always seek that which is good, both for yourselves, and for all men.

¹¹ But you, O man of God, flee these things; and follow righteousness, godliness, faith, love, steadfastness, and gentleness.

²² Flee youthful lusts: and follow righteousness, faith, love, and peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.

¹⁰ For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them; but he disciplines us for our good, that we might be partakers of his holiness.

¹⁷ But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. ¹⁸ And the harvest of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

¹⁵ But as he who has called you is holy, so be holy in all your conduct; ¹⁶ Because it is written, Be holy; for I am holy.

¹¹ Let him turn from evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and pursue it.

¹³ And who will harm you if you are zealous followers of that which is good?

¹¹ Seeing then that all these things shall be destroyed, what kind of people ought you to be? You should live holy and godly lives,

¹⁸ But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.

² Beloved, now we are the sons of God; and what we shall be has not yet been disclosed: but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. ³ And every man who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure.

¹¹ Beloved, do not follow that which is evil, but that which is good. He who does good is of God: but he who does evil has not seen God.

²⁴ And the nations shall walk by its light: and the kings of the earth shall bring their glory into it. ²⁵ And its gates shall never be shut by day: and there shall be no night there. ²⁶ And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it. ²⁷ But nothing impure shall enter into it, nor shall any man who commits shameful acts, or who lies: but only those whose names are written in the Lamb's book of life.

³ And there shall no longer be any curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: ⁴ And they shall see his face; and his name shall be upon their foreheads.

¹¹ He who is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he who is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he who is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he who is holy, let him be holy still. ¹² Behold, I am coming quickly; and my reward is with me, to give to every man according to what he has done. ¹³ I am the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the end. ¹⁴ Blessed are those who wash their robes, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. ¹⁵ Outside are dogs, and sorcerers, and the sexually immoral, and murderers, and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
